Score from 802 reviews Very good
The location was great to the shopping district, and was only around 5-10mins from where the Tour bus routes start. The hotel itself was OK especially if only for 1 or 2 nights.
The rooms all smelt like cigarettes even though they were all "non smoking" the decor and curtains should do with an update.
Bed & pillow comfort, great room layout with big windows letting in plenty of light, very clean and the food (breakfast) was delicious.
Wi-fi was showing with good signal and connected but didn't seem to work.
Well located, good beds and low price
Spent just one night but I will be back with no problem.
Room was big and clean. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast- great choice (including gluten free options). Location of Hotel-very good!
The room was big. We were travelling with a 2 and a half year old child and she had loads of room to play around at the end of the day. Also the bed was really comfy.
When we flushed the toilet it was very noisy for a minute or two and then died down but we were more worried that during the night other rooms might hear it. Other than that we had a fabulous stay!!
Breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing for the money. The poster at reception said pancake but there were only crepes. You could ask for fried eggs but not poached.
The staff were extremely helpful. I had an issue with my credit card and so they rang Australia for me so I could sort it out.
The staff were friendly and helpful
The only thing in my opinion this hotel has going for it is its proximity to the Mater hospital. Not a very pleasant area of Dublin at all. Only reason I would stay there is if I needed to be close to hospital.
Room was large, comfortable and very clean Very helpful staff Excellent breakfast
Wifi code did not work No safety deposit box in room
Good value. Restaurant had good selection for meals.
Professional, welcoming, friendly manner of all staff. Excellent breakfast. My request for a quiet, high room was given.
Very expensive for a solo traveller. Noisy guest room doors - difficult to shut quietly. Quite a walk from main shops and pubs.
Good power on shower ,nice soap.
Toilet needs a lick of paint.
Just about everything. Pleased with the free safe deposit facility.
They appear to have searched the country to find the cheapest, flimsiest toilet paper available!
Excellent location, staff amazing and the food in the restaurant is a little bit pricey. But the food is amazing
The bed for the baby was very old and we didn't used
Good comfortable rooms and cleanliness. Nice front desk personnel, especially Bridgette. Quiet location.
Location is far from dining and pubs. Downstairs restaurant personnel was unfriendly and food here was not worth the money. No washer and dryer. Laundry facilities means paying a lot of money to send your clothes out.
We took taxi from the airport 30e but you can take the bus/airlink (we have a baby so its convenient to take the cab) The location is great, walking distance to all city attractions, (you don't need to take the hop in/on bus) far from city noise so its good to sleep at night. The front desk girls are lovely and nice.
Overpriced for $355/3nights. That's like a 4 star hotel in Vegas already! The room is tiny. They don't change the bed sheets, they just made it. Breakfast not included.
Location was great just down the street from oconnell st.
Close to all amenities. Usually good value too.
Can be expensive at times.
Very friendly and helpful staff Room was modern, clean and comfortable Location is second to none Restaurant serves excellent food at good prices for Dublin City and the service from the waiting staff was excellent
Cleanliness. Room comfort and value for money
Eventhough staff were polite and helpful I missed the Irish welcome that I have received in other hotels. I would not walk home late at night as location is not great. Breakfast was only average.
location, staff, ambient
wi-fi in rooms unstable
