Biggest and comfiest bed ever. Great breakfast. Helpful staff. Quiet location but short distance from City Centre.
Nothing at all.
• we had a room towards the backyard and it was very quiet • very good breakfast!
• the internet didn't really work in the room… • thew overall impression of the floor was a bit shabby
Relaxed , informal
Noisy neighbours until 3.00am on one occasion
Location of the hotel was great and the staff were super friendly. The bar was fairly priced and had a good selection available until 230. the rooms were quiet, very well presented and clean.
The breakfast was a little underwhelming, the selection was great, but the hot options left a little to be desired, and where was the black and white pudding!
Nice and helpful staff. Good location, very near to the city centre. Correct breakfast.
Missing amenities and hairdresser quite necessary and expected in this sort of hotels.
We decided to upgrade to a king size room. This wasn't particularly big. We had a king sized bed and single bed in the room. It was really a tight squeeze!
Good location, very comfortable. Competively priced .excellent breakfast
The shower was great and the bed was comfortable.
The staff were wonderful..many thanks to Vivian who was fantastic
The pillows were very hard.would have been nice to have a choice of softer ones
The comfort of the rooms were excellent.
The location is not far from local stuff, but not great for clubs and pubs.
Pay in full!
Good size rooms Comfy beds Clean bathrooms with large shower Location Great breakfast Friendly staff
Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Excellent choice at breakfast and good quality food.
Perfect location. Helpful staff at front desk and at breakfast.
Not impressed by the cleaning.
Location: away from the mess of Temple bar but just a 10-15 minutes walk from everwhere. The building and rooms are neat and properly maintained. The value for the price is 10/10. Absolutelly.
The wifi can be improved. A lot. The trainees at the reception are all right and nice but may be they should have a bit more of overseeing. Sometimes they make tiny mistakes that show that they are not supervised to be taught 'everything'.
great value for money, good breakfast friendly staff will stay here again when I return to Dublin.
Clean and centrally located within walking distance of O Connell Street Comfortable bed
The carpet in the hallways and the brown wood wardrobes are somewhat dated
Very clean and comfortable rooms. Buffet breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and very helpful - they didn't even mind my friends providing a bottle of bubbly and decorating our breakfast table on the morning of my 40th Birthday.
The bed is comfy
No room service.
Cleanliness comfort of bed breakfast good
Didn't check us in early after confirming request

Area ,not great but ideal for what was needed
I enjoyed the whole experience and I would definitely stay again

- The location - we chose this hotel as it is so close to O'Connell Street. Don't bother. There is nothing to do on O'Connell St. If it is shops your after stay close to Grafton St. and the streets off there (also close to Temple Bar and Trinity College). I didn't feel safe in this area, quite a few homeless people on Parnell Square near the bus stops, and people coming up to you begging for money. We didn't walk back to the hotel in the evenings, only got taxis back to the hotel. There are blocks of flats at the back of the hotel, we could hear couples arguing into the early hours, as well as car alarms going off at 4am. Due to the poor and rundown location tried to spend less time in the hotel. They were also painting the walls of the corridor on our floor. There were no signs up warning customers of this and wet paint brushes were left outside our door when the painter was around the corner. Could easily bump into the walk etc. The hotel is well due a refurbishment. Hoping to come back to Dublin in te summer....and will stay on the South of the river
