The free wifi Location was very good Room was very clean, apart from when the housekeeping walked right in without knocking. Breakfast was to an ok standard.
The bar was tiny with no atmosphere at any point. One staff member got our dinner order wrong and made out we did order.. Rooms were small but did us.
People mind their own business
Staff very helpful & friendly, quiet for study & sleep for me as I was up for training & had study to do for day two. Breakfast was lovely. Overall was better than I expected.
Location was abit dark walking up from o'connell street alone
+luggage storage service +super nice staff +relatively close to everything +good value for money +spacious bathroom
-poor wifi in the room -not the comfiest of beds -big gaps underneath the door so gets noisy once someone's as much as talking in the corridor
The staff are Soo lazy I asked them to bring me water and they never did
hotel was perfect for brief stopover and convenient for purpose of the trip
Room was very hot.
nothing All good
Location, breakfast all was excellent value.
Our room was really loud being close to the main road.
Not too much natural light into the room as there was a cooling system box in front of it. Not too much to worry in my case, anyway.
Hotel was about three minutes from o connall street were all the shops and bars were will definitely stay here again
Nothing to say we like everything
Proximity to the city centre, comfort, cleanliness, breakfast, value
An amount was earmarked on my cc before the stay without any notification
the guests in an adjoining room had to be evicted during the night because of the noise they were making. We had very little sleep as a result
atmosphere so relaxing
no bad points only negative was the worry of not knowing if I'd get parking but when Daniel assured me he had kept a space for all was perfect about my stay
I could not control the heat in the room. Too much heat, had to sleep with window open, therefore it was very noisy with the traffic. Limited car parking facility.
size of room Cleanliness of room
no food after nine. You have to order a take away for delivery.
The room was spacious and clean.
Hotel Wifi was terrible. Generally wifi in Dublin is poor
STAFF VERY HELPFULL GREAT PLACE TO STAY WILL BE BACK
The hotel from the outside was not very appealing however inside was lovely. The only issue I would have was the lighting in the room was not very good for putting on makeup.
The kerb appeal.
Good location in terms of accessibility to centre of Dublin. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Very clean room. Lots of hot water.
Hotel is in an area which is rather run down. Some of the staff do not speak English as their first language and this can be a problem in the restaurant.
Perfect location, clean and cosy, helpful personnel, nice restaurant and bar.
Very clean, staff great, rooms really comfy and spacious.
Nothing to dislike
Location is perfect. 10 min walk from the main street. Especially staff! staff are all really really nice. They recommend and booked a tour for me which was really nice.
Everything was great! My boyfriend hurted his hand and the staff imediatelly helped him.
Just some peopel (ohters customers) making some noise during the night in the next room. But it wasn't a hotel's fault.
Hospitable staff, excellent facilities, great shower/bathroom, less than 10 minutes walk to main street.Quiet and relaxing but not a dead atmosphere in the lobby/bar. Enjoyable experience!
Drink from the bar pretty steep, 1 glass of wine 6.20 plus a request to buy a croissant from the breakfast leftovers (as I'd missed breakfast, my own fault) was dealt with like I was asking for something dangerous?! However they relented and I paid 2.50 e for a plain crossaint(no butter/jam for me!!) Found this a bit mean as Id paid for 2 nites stay tho not a big issue but it's nice to be nice!! Great hotel overall, definitely our new home when we visit Dublinds
