Easy access from Limerick Road. Very close to retail park & excellent choice of shops. Close to students accomodation where my son is baced and for futher visits over the next couple of years for us. Excellent breakfast and choices, and breakfast staff were excellent (partically the irish staff) and loved the big pot of tea and more if we wanted it. Also appreciated the daily papers. Thought the bar area was impersonal and cold in atmosphere. When I went down for drink at 9ish & perhaps to watch lls quite strong smell of food bit off putting. |

Helpful reception staff The bar is quite simply awful, it lacks any character and/or comfortable seating. As the hotel is some distance from the town it really needs to offer guests a comfortable area to sit and enjoy and drink etc. |

Our flight was delayed and we could get nothing to eat as it was aftre 9 o'clock. Had to be rescued by McDonalds nearby! |

I liked the spa centre & breakfast The bar staff were very unfriendly and quite rude. Also there is a very strong smell of chlorine when you enter the lobby. I also did not like the location - in the middle of a shopping complex. |
