It was welcoming, accommodating us in restaurant when we hadnt booked, excellent food. The room and bed were v comfortable and free from outside noise. As in most hotels, the walls a little thin |

heating in my room did not work. after 3 phone calls to the reception and two vists from hotel staff to fix the same it was not actually fixed. and could not sleep as the room was freezing. |

Room and location was lovely My meal was very poor - the T-bone steak was awful - I complained nothing was done still had to pay the cost of that meal. |

Nice hotel good location 5 mins from centre of town good base Safe was not working. Asked twice for someone to fix it nothing happened. Quite annoyed about that. We only stayed 2 days so not a major problem but if staying longer would have expressed my disgust. Might be inportant to future guests staying with valuables or paperwork requiring safe storage. |

The staff were pollite, welcoming and professional throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean with good facilities. The food was exceptional!!! |

Sehr schönes Hotel, man kann sich dort sehr wohl fühlen. Leider etwas laut, da in der Bar eine öffentliche Veranstaltung stattfand. |
