Room was quite noisy because too close to the main air conditioning outdoor unit and associated pipes. |

I like the relaxed feel of the place. The facilities are comfortable and the food (for a wedding) was very good. Keep it up We were given a "smoking" room at first, despite having expressed a wish for a non-smoking. It was very small and the heat was on. Crazy.. Howeveer, the staff switched us to a much better room immediately. |

Hotel staff were very helpful, quickly changing our room on request for a sea view. We had the carvery lunch and it was really tasty, loads of food and good value. Rooms are comfortable and large. The location is good, about 20 minutes on the DART to centre of Dublin (it's about 4 euros return). DART runs till after 11 and seems very safe to me, so if you aren't wanting to stay out all night it isn't too expensive to stay here in transport in to Dublin, If you are getting DART you come off and turn left, walk to cross roads and it's a big hotel on the right, can't miss it (5 minutes walk). Howth and surrounding area is very good for walking if you get weather. 102 bus is handy for airport and is 2 euros so ideal really. I would definitely come back here as it's good value and allows you to enjoy Dublin without being stuck in the centre with the rather high prices. I'd like a fridge in the room |

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were TINY!! No atmosphere in hotel. We stayed on a Friday night and at 10.30am on a Saturday morning it felt like we were the only people staying in the hotel because we wre the only ones in the lobby - there was nobody in the breakfast room. As the hotel was so quiet we felt that they should have given us a better room. |

The view from our bedroom window was fantastic, the room was luxurious, spacious and very clean. Very good facilities the double glazing needs updating, was a bit draughty. The staff knocking at 9am until you answered to ask you what time you are leaving on the day of departure even though checkout wasnt till 12pm ! |
