Very helpful management and staff. Food was very good. My wife left a small item in our room and this was forwarded on to us immediately. Thank you very much. Prices for wine seem to be very high compared with the UK but this is not unique to this hotel. |

Wonderful, friendly staff. Especially front desk. You have a young girl there called Claire, if I may mention her name. But she could give a course in everything one's first point of contact should be in any hotel. A genuine credit to your hotel. One minor thing. We were attending a wedding and didnt get back til 3am or so but we couldnt get into hotel for about 20 minutes. It was freezing. There was another couple there too. It might be an idea to have somebody permanently at front desk or at least a system in place that whoever is on duty would know when there is somebody outside. I am not for a moment implying that the chap on duty was not busy but it is just a suggestion. If I were a person who had not enjoyed my stay there, it could have been the icing on the cake - if you know what I mean. |

Not a bad hotel, the staff were friendly and professional in the main. Peripheral things. The internet charges (the full range of vouchers was not available), the cost of breakfast and the fact that the resturant was not open when it should have been. (Man and woman cannot live on bar meals alone). Nothing serious but all niggles. |

Good location because of bus and dart services. Hotel it self is beautiful and by the seasside and liked the garden. The rate for one week was good value for money. Room was small for a twin room.Room hadnt probably been used for a while, it was clean on surface but for example couldnt get the windows opened(too tight) and the baths water tabs were tight because of limescale and there was dust on some surfaces..Airconditioning machines caused noice. The room was close fireexits and some of staff had their smokingbreaks near and we got some smell to the bathroom. |

Despite being excellent in all catagories in question 2, my stay was ruined by the constant rumbling noises in the central heating system near my bed. This was only evident from early morning. Room number 115. |

The location was good, outside of Dublin and easy access to the Dart. We stayed another night at the end of our 2 weeks, in room 120-terrible smells from the kitchen wafting up all night. |

Mostly friendly and helpful staff ; meal and celebration dealt with in a professional efficient way. Food ie breakfast was lovely with a marvellous selection on offer to suit all tastes and needs. The room was beside the central heating or air conditioning unit which meant a steady, audible rumble at night. Thankfully our 'celebrations' acted as a neutralising barrier. We were in the older wing of the hotel maybe the newer system is less noisy. We did wonder if a warning prior to booking or a financial discount might be fairer. Also chairs in the dining room need upgrading - staff should sit in them for at least halof an hour and they will understand |

we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the hotel, the quietness of the upstairs housekeeping staff, the pleasant staff throughout the hotel and the fact that we could smoke in our room, overall this was a great hotel which we cannot fault |

This was the best accomodatiion and the best value of our entire holiday. The young woman, Lyndsey, who looked after us at reception was terrific! We were in Ireland & the uk to celebrate our 35th wedding anninversary and she was the only one of all the places we stayed that commented and asked us if we had had a nice anniversary. Our room was terrific, far and away the nicest of all the places we stayed. The location was great, easy access to the city centre but nice and quiet and close to the water. We loved it and would stay there again. |

The room and bathroom was spacious and very clean. The rooms were also quiet and the bar was nice. There are no resturants, other than the hotel, within walking distance. No gas station either in case you rent a car. Stores close early here. Including breakfast in the room price would've been nice. Also, the lady who seated us at breakfast was not friendly in the least. She told us she would be back to take our order then spent the next 15 minutes ignoring us and was rude again when she took our morning drink order. Also, as a totally disgusting prank, someone in the hotel dropped a pile of feces in the middle of the hallway on the floor we were staying. I cannot completely explain the nastiness of this unpleasant situation. |

The hotel is excellent value for money. The staff are extremely courteous and friendly. Rooms are a good size and clean. Generally the hotel has a very pleasant ambience and an excellent place for a family break. One small gripe. In family rooms additional beds were provided in our case by provision of a camp bed. Appreciate this does assist flexibility and fine for kids. |

The view, the rooms and general decor and the close proximity to handy shops and Banks and a station. 1) One of the receptionists needed more customer service training. 2) I have stayed at this hotel many years and separating the breakfast from the room costs is a mistake and also too expensive. |

Family rooms were both 'roomy' and comfortable. Swimming pool was a 'plus'. Pricing was fair. The 'early bird' dinner presentation shoild be available all night ( fixed price for a 3 course meal. Add a euro or two, if necessary.) Receptionists did not seem to be knowledgeble about surrounding areas and general questions. |
