We stayed there as my friends were celebrating their wedding there on the saturday. The staff could not have been more courteous and helpful. The food served at the wedding reception was outstanding - 5 star food and service. They went above and beyond for everyone and I could not fault them. By far the best wedding venue I have ever been to. |

You were suppose to be able to check in after 2pm. We went to check in at 4:45pm and our room was still not ready. We did not receive our room until 5:15pm, which was very disappointing. |

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Good service. Children don't seem to be so welcome. Allowed in restaurant only until 7.00 pm and in pool only until 6.00 pm. We could deal with it, but were irritated nevertheless. |

the use of the leisure centre. I thought the hotels location was not great, the staff were on the whole very polite and tentative but on dealing with my complaint I felt less happy. |

Friendliness of staff, beautiful gardens which we were lucky to have a room with a balcony overlooking these. Attending a wedding on a showery day and provided with an umbrella by reception. Given a room as requested for someone recuperating from illness. Did not get a chance to avail of spa so cannot comment. Overall I felt the hotel was extremely expensive as have stayed in more luxurious surroundings for less. Had a friend join us for dinner and we did not order any wine as even the starting prices were incredible. There was only 1 robe provided and there was a used cotton bud on bathroom floor. Not given or offered the wedding rate. |

The staff and grounds were fantastic The shower flooded the bathroom each time it was uased. It was extremely difficult and dangerous getting in and out of the bath/shower. The fairly light feature on the wall was nice but only half the lights were working. |
