The last time I stayed at the maudlins hotel, we had a very small room so I wa pleasantly surprised by the larger room this time we were in room105. Some of the hotel areas are a bit tired and in need of a paint up but our stay was so relaxing and made all the better by the excellent, pleasant, friendly staff, each one we dealt with adding their own personality to their role. You cannot put a price on a smile, friendly approach and nothing was any trouble to them. From the guy on reception to the bar staff and guy looking after us at breakfast. Give them a round of applause if you can t give them a raise. They made our stay more comfortable. We ate in the lounge bar and although it was nt michelin star quality, it certainly cheered us up. Thank you, we had a lovely time. The soap dispenser fell off the wall in our bathroom and the bedroom was a bit dark. Although the size of the room was great. Some parts of the hotel need to be painted. Lovely stay though.

Stayed at Maudlins Hotel because there was a family lunch held there. Appearance from back is dreadful but once inside it is lovely. Rooms are good and big. Breakfast was ok. I like my breakfast served fresh but that was ok. Staff were excellent everywhere in hotel. I liked free parking. I di not like that the price went up as it was the weekend. Cost for one person, 109 euro, was too high for this hotel.

Good value and helpful people. Not ultra modern or luxurious but v comfortable and spacious (Coach Room) for the price. The noise of the water tank when next door bathed -fortunately was 10am. Reported to reception who were v polite and said it had not been reported before and they'd note for maintenance. So maybe fixed now.

Friendly and helpful staff complemented the comfortable facilities. Would happily recommend the hotel to others. The hotel is not located in the Naas city centre but this is a very minor drawback and has it's advantages as well.

The bed in our room was terrible, the blanket on the bed was grubby, lots of wires hanging from lamps one from on top of the wardrobe, curtin cords broken could not draw them, bathroom was clean, We were frozen only small heater, We could hear traffic on the motorway, as we had booked a hotel room we were suprised to be told our room was in another seperate building, glad we had family near by as my husband is not well, disappointed.

The female receptionist was very friendly and chatty. The lounge is very comfortable. The back dining room was sunny and charming and the breakfast was very good. The rashers and sausages were of good quality. We stayed in one of the coach houses. The lighting could be better in the bedroom.

Easy to find on the main road into Naas off the motorway. I had one of the coach houses - basically an annexe of rooms in a little row. The room was a little cold despite it having been a warm day. Neverthless it was clean and comfortable and nicely fitted out. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Only gripe I had was the time it took to serve a cooked breakfast - need to improve on 25 minutes. It was taking the Michael. Slow breakfast service.

Lovely rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and lounge area. Location was also just right for the town and access from the motorway. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the room temperature didn't seem to be able to be adjusted, we were initially cold and the air con was noisy. Other members of group said their curtains were hanging off the rail and the shower wasn't good. We drove past the hotel twice despite satnav becuase the hotel was so poorly lit in the night, it wasn't possible to see while driving, we also were heading down a slope to an underground carpark that was locked but clearly labelled as hotel carpark. I would urge management to put bright lights over the name of the hotel to allow unfamiliar guests to find it more easily.

Hotel was clean, comfortable with good sized room with four Sky Sports channels. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good also. Overall I had a very enjoyable overnight stay in a comfortable hotel that I would recommend to anyone staying over in the area on a business trip.
