Couldn't use the shower, it was scalding hot. Staff were not overly pleasant. Waitress we had in the morning for breakfast definitely had a bit of an attitude. There was a leak in the bar ceiling that they didn't appear to try and fix at all for the 2 days we were there. The room was fine. Wasn't ready when we got there though. For the price we had far too expensive for what we got.
staff were nice.
wasn't staying in hotel. stayed across the road!.. did not know this when I was booking.misleading.
nice breakfast..had a sound sleep..nice staff..big room.
had a hard time finding the exact location of the hotel..
Functional buisness hotel with above average rooms. Pleasant and friendly staff.
Everything, food ,staff location wi-fi excellent
Water too hot in shower
Good location great food
Didn't like downstairs bar, no atmosphere in bar and quite cold
We were upgraded to a Deluxe Room and although we didn't pay B&B rate we got Breakfast delivered to the room and when we went to pay for it they said it was all good :)
Naas was cold but nothing bad about the hotel
The location for us was perfect. The staff on reception were very helpful. The barman Fred was very good, friendly, funny and good at his job. The food was fantastic, really enjoyed our stay...
Bed was just a little bit hard but didn't spoil our stay.
location, friendly staff, cleanliness, air conditioning and an excellent breakfast
Staff were friendly. And had small little heaters connected all over the hotel. Looked to me there was No OIL OR GAS in Tanks to switch boiler on!!!
I stayed in coach house there was no heat just a 1500 watt tesco heater. This was twice I have experienced this at this hotel. The duty manager promised he would have manager to phone me, I phoned duty manager a week later as I had no contact from hotel he assured me I would be getting email from manager. Two weeks later I'm writing this and still no return call or email. As a Professional my self I find this unacceptable from this manager.
Loved the coach rooms
No heating on Monday morning in the room
The staff where the friendliest I've found in Naas, the rooms are a bit dated and some stains on the carpet but the rest of the room very clean. Staff extremely friendly and the room had heating and air con.
Don't use the sign or the car park because it is no longer a car park! The reception closes at 11.
Our stay at Maudlins House Hotel was a very pleasant and comfortable one. The staff where very friendly and helpful. And the full Irish Breakfast was stunning.
There was nothing at The Maudlins House Hotel we didn't like. We would definately stay here again.
Staff, location , parking , dinner,
Shower didn't work, toilet didn't work, wifi didn't work
Parking Friendly staff Nice Bed
Needs modernization. Room was clean but carpets had old stains. TV was old. Bath/shower was narrow and a bit awkward.
Very friendly and helpful staff
location if you didnt have a car would be awkward even though bus stop outside hotel. Situated away from shops - about 20 min walk.
The room was large , clean and the breakfast was amazing
Room was a little cold, but the heater did kick in after a while
From the moment we walked in we were greeted by very friendly staff. This is a great place to stay and the value for money is fantastic!! The breakfast was great? Would definitely come back!
Loved the friendliness of staff on check in & also when we returned back to hotel after nite in town the bar man was so friendly, kind & accommodating,he couldn't do enough for us
Bed was a little uncomfortable & lighting in room wasn't great.hotel has loads of potential though
They locked the doors at night. We had to phone the hotel to let us in. Had to wait 10 minutes in the cold before somebody opened the door. Not great service for paying guests!!
Great breakfast. Dinner was tasty and plenty of it. Staff were very nice people eager to help. Good location near the motorway.
Bed was like a rock. Carpets were wore out and grubby. Could only view sport channels and two others screen had permanent menu stuck on it. Restaurant chairs are comfy but too low for the table. No ventilator working in the bathroom. Hot water burnt my partners hand badly needs to be regulated better. Felt It was better leave than try address everything.
The food was not good..didn't finish our room service meal
free parking, underfloor heating in bathroom.
very dated decor, not up to a four star in my opinion, hard bed, old television lacking a choice of stations, breakfast time could have started earlier as I was on business and needed to be on the road by 8
