Personally I liked that I only had to deal with the lovely lady who brought me my breakfast. You have your own space. The bed was super comfy The bathroom was pristine. The breakfast was just what you need, fresh juice and hot toast.
The decor is a bit dated, especially the carpet which makes it appear dirty and the shelves were a bit dusty.
The location was close to the centre and only around a fifteen min walk to Temple Bar. Breakfast was good - toast and tea always hot! Shared bathrooms / toilets always clean.
Breakfast was a little too early (8am) after a night on Guinness! Also could have done with more than one pillow.
Staff is nice and helpful
Not clean strange smell in the room 10 min walk to city centre rather than 400m
Just a 10-15 minute walk from the town
Breakfast served on a tray in the bedroom and time not negotiable, its much nicer to be able to sit in a breakfast room at your leisure
- close to city centre (approx. 10 minutes' walk) - available free car park on reservation - wi-fi connection
- dirty (lots of spiderwebs and dust), old-fashioned, terribly noisy room; towels never changed and wastebin never emptied in 4 days! - the owner has been quite rude - the hairdryer didn't work properly - breakfast served only in bedroom, so every day (approx. at 8.20 am) a lady came knocking on bedroom door... - one single key opened the front door and our bedroom.. It's quite logical to wonder if it could even open other bedrooms!!
location was great. only shourt 10 minute walk to the spire in the center of dublin. Breakfast was delicious. Bathrooms very clean. Wifi fast and reliable.
squeky floors. Paper thin walls.
Familiar, very cosy accomodation with nice and friendly stuff. You feel yourself at home here!
Location to the main area of Dublin made this an inviting place to stay given the cost.
Continental Breakfast was Corn Flakes, orange juice, tea/coffee and two pieces of toast with jam served on a tray in your room. Two chairs provided but no table, you have to eat your breakfast on your bed.
Breakfast was included (coffee, juice, toast, cereal) but there was no dining area so we had to eat in our room. The location is reasonably close to some good pubs.
Bed was not very comfortable. Awkward trying to eat breakfast in our room with no table. Staff were friendly enough but not very accommodating or helpful.
the owner was extremely welcoming & friendly, the room was fine & clean, bit dated but the beds were surprisingly comfortable, location was excellent....its classed as a budget hotel, i think it was simple but adequate..would definately stay here again...5 minutes walk to O'Connell Street

Great location and very happy with the service I received!
Central location to the centre of Dublin and buses to and from airport.
Continental Breakfast was cereal (no choice), toast, orange juice, toast and tea. Served in room, no table and two fold up chairs for which there was no room.
The hotel was close to the city centre and the rooms were so clean. Also the breakfast in bed was quite good.
it was not what we booked on the internet. we will not we going back we paid 90 euro's when it should off been no more than 30 euro's at the most.
It was great cause we were going to croke park and its just around the corner . 5 minutes walk.
We had a parking place.
Where to start from...We had a room in the basement. There was dust on the ceiling, room was in a very poor condition, towels were dirty. When we received breakfast in bed, glasses were dirty. All in all, if you have any other option, dont go here.
The landlady n husband did their best to help us in everyway. Breakfast simple but well presented and adequate.
A flat screen television mounted on the wall would of been nice!
The room was clean and cute.
good value for money, city centre / railway station in walking distance, friendly staff
Very close to croke park as we were up for one direction concert. The owner was lovely and very helpful.Rooms are a bit on the small side but comfortable and clean.Breakfast was lovely in the morning. Was up with 3 small children and yes I would recommend it.
The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The location was not too far walking distance from Oconnel St an just around the corner from a cafe in case breakfast (corn flakes, toast & coffee) doesn't fill you up. Sharing a shower & bathroom was also not as bad as I had expected. They are right outside the room.
The walls were very thin and almost everything could be heard. The room could have been a little bigger.
Close to city
Walking distance to the center of town.
The barking dog outside.
