Girlfriend and I loved this place. Our room was as good as any 4* hotel - clean, modern, had T.v & radio and chocolates on pillows. Because the value was so good, didn't expect the place to be so nice. The bar is classy, cool, modern, table service, shows sports and even after our night out was still very lively on our return. Next time we stay here, we plan to not leave the hotel. Lovely buffet breakfast, reasonably priced. 10/10 very impressed.

Excellent location for the Aviva Stadium and not too expensive to travel by taxi to city centre. Free on site parking was also a bonus as parking in Dublin is very expensive. Staff very helpful and friendly, food was good in the Gaswork bar and nice comfortable seating in the bar and lobby areas.Rooms were spacious and clean. Overall we were greatly impressed with this hotel, would have no hesitation in recommending it to others and would definitely stay there again.

I mostly loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. The fact that it had no fridge, it can come in handy for people staying for a long period such as myself (11 days) The staff were very helpful in checking what's wrong with the TV at my room, but I just wish they changed the TV for me (but it's partly my fault since I only told them it's not working properly almost at the end of my stay)

Rooms were warm and comfortable The hotel organised a bus to a concert charging 42 euro for 6 of us but bus broke down, they then told us to get taxi's back to the hotel after the gig,we had to wait 40 minutes for a taxi and the taxi cost 11 euro, they did pay for the taxi back but refused to refund us anything. Also the residents bar closed very early and breakfast is very early.

Free parking and wifi are definite positives and were ultimately the reason for picking the hotel above the other similar hotels

Good location. Hotel rooms were quiet even through hotel was very busy. Comfortable. Shuttle to the 02 was really handy. Had difficulty locating the hotel. On ringing reception, directions provided were woeful. Had pre-paid on booking.com but wanted to avail of breakfast. On going as far as asking the receptionist to take a scan of my credit card, she still said we didnt need do. Then at breakfast, I had to go off, get my credit card and pay at that point because it could not be charged to the room... They're little things, but sometimes..you just dont need the hassle.

The balcony on our room. The view from 5th floor is fabulous - overlooking the new Aviva Stadium. Shuttle bus to Bord Gais Energy theatre cost €4 - I thought it would've been free!

Familiarity I have stayed a few times on business trips. Was disappointed with the room but realise it was a busy weekend. Couldn't get to sleep with light coming through the window from outside spot lights.

I found the receptionist (Gaelio - it's a Breton name, so I don't think I've the spelling right) was exceptional. She allowed me check in for my flight online and provided me with a lovely quiet room. That really set the tone for my stay. I'd go back there. I remember the bath seemed a bit narrow with a lot of bars for disabled people. The sink drained slowly and had a crack in it. Also, there didn't seem to be any extractor for air. In summary: the room was great but the bathroom could be improved.

Great location for concerts at the o2. The hotel offers a shuttle bus for 7 euros that brings you to the o2 and back. It'd also be a great place to stay for events at the Aviva Stadium as it is just down the road. Free parking and very nice Irish breakfast for 10 euros.
