The Room Dining Service Staff was very kind and mannerly, also the cleaning personell. The Hotel itself was just a 15min walk from City Centre and the room was very silent and well heated. Every medal has got 2 sites. We had a room with view on the inner courtyard and it was quite disgusting. Mountains of rubbish, waste containers and lots of empty beer barrels. In between that the brake place for the Staff, poor guys! But as the rest was okay so far we would surely come back.

Location, for that part of town, is excellent, and the hotel had everything you could need. Really nice. Was a little disappointed with the breakfast (which costs extra), for the price I dont think it was value for money, the selection of fruit included lots from a tin instead of fresh fruit, the supposed selection of cheese and meats for the continental cold buffet had a few slices of ham and very stale looking cheddar cheese, the scrambled eggs looked like they had been sitting there for hours (even though I ate early), unless you wanted the "full Irish" the choice and quality was not great.

It was located in an ideal place, easy access to the city and other bussiness in our case, very comfortable, good food ,great value for money ,pleasent helpful staff . we had a special request and the staff were most helpful at reception with their responce, good parking facilities We will be going back to stay there again when we have occasion to visit dublin ,

The hotel staff were amazingly helpful, as it was my first time staying in the city I required guidance finding my way around and the staff were more than happy to provide a map and explain the routes I needed to take. Furthermore the room itself was lovely and provided a very comfortable stay.

Excellent location for the Aviva Stadium and not too expensive to travel by taxi to city centre. Free on site parking was also a bonus as parking in Dublin is very expensive. Staff very helpful and friendly, food was good in the Gaswork bar and nice comfortable seating in the bar and lobby areas.Rooms were spacious and clean. Overall we were greatly impressed with this hotel, would have no hesitation in recommending it to others and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is near the city centre .The dart line and bus stops. The staff are always very helpful . The rooms very comfortable and clean.We always try to stay there when we visit family The Gasworks is handy if you want a quick snack or dinner and quite reasonable.We always enjoy our stay. No bad things to report .

I thought the staff were very nice, friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The tv reception was good and the choice of chennels , wi fi and films was a nice addition tea making facilities and hairdryer etc was good. The option to have room service was great

we were staying for a theatre trip and the location was perfect. we have stayed here before and always enjoy our visits and highly recommend the hotel to our friends. any staff we encountered couldnt have been more helpful. LOVE the free carparking. will definitely be back when the price is right!
