A clean and tidy "no frills" hotel. Frendly and efficient staff. Free parking in secure basement v.good. (Street parking can be very expensive!) Quiet area within easy reach of city centre. Bed and room very comfortable. Breakfast is a bit expensive and not included, but this is normal for Dublin. We chose to eat out in nearby cafe, 2 min walk. There is a cafe adjoining reception as well. |

proximity, very easy to use dart to get into dublin the breakfast was expensive and dissapointing, we had to wait for tea and coffe- we eventually got these but had to ask 3 seperate members of staff - this was made worse by seeing 2 other tables who came in after us get served before we did. |

Its location is really good and easy to reach both by bus or DART, the room was spacious, very clean and well-equipped (hair dryer, bath robe, kettle, satellite TV,...) and the facilities looked new and trendy. There was no shower tray and the curtains weren't long enough so there is a slight risk of flooding the bathroom... |

As always the grand canal was friendly and welcoming just a bit pricey but it was a busy weekend ---there should have been a discount for us or at least a free breakfast |
