The service was exceptional at the hotel. Especially Kris at the front desk who helped us plan one of our days in Dublin. It was also very convenient to the start of the Dublin Marathon. |

The location suited me as I was reading archival material in the National Library & the 15 mins walk to it suited me. There was football on in the Bar/Restaurant on every screen, the Bar was slack & football could have been limited to a couple of screens, while we could have ate in the foyer/lobby it was very bright and out of the way for attracting waiting staff etc |

I liked the bed and the duvet. lots of tv channels. location is great. Air coach proximity a plus. Early breakfast for marathon runners really appreciated. we booked a double room but were allocated a twin. we refused to accept the twin and were allocated a double room with no bath. needed a bath due to marathon. Were allocated a room that smelled of stale smoke on a corridor that reeked of smoke. Eventually after the first night we got a double rooom, non smoking with a bath and we were happy. please allocate rooms as booked. When we are paying for the room we expect to get wwhat we asked for. |

The staff were efficient and they gave us an hour complimentry parking, mind you there was a marathon going on outside the car park exit so we weren't able to move before that Not really. Its probably due a re-furbisment. Radio in the room had no ariel so it only picked up one scratchy radio station |

We stayed on a BH weekend which included the Dublin City Marathon, the staff were excellent considering the hotel was full; they couldn't do enough for their guests. It was our 1st time staying in this hotel and I would have no hesitation in using it again or recommending it to family and friends. |

Very friendly and helpful staff The hotel was chosen on the internet rather that others because it offered free wi-fi. Sadly wi-fi (via BTOpenZone) didn't function duirng my whole visit (staff tried to help, and called BTOpenZone - but seemed to be some glitch with bt). Being unable to keep up with work etc was a serious disadvantage. |

The staff were very friendly nice and efficient, the hotel was nice. The meals were very poor. Dinner was just ok! The breakfast wast most disappointing - I had scrambled egg rasher and sauage, which was very cold with just one miserable sausage and one rasher and wee dish of warm beans, my daughters meal was also small and just warm, just. not a very exciting way to start the day? most other hotels we stay in, offer a carvery breakfast, I was just very disappointed. |

you can reach downtown and important must-have-seen points in a 20 minute walk. nice hotel, worth it's price but that's it, staff is friendly and helpful, nothing to complain about too few power plugs in the room |

I stayed for a couple of nights whilst on business nearby. I like the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The Bar downstairs provides good food at reasonable prices. |

Immaculate room --cleaned superbly every day --full marks to the cleaning staff Shower/bath tap dodgy --didnt switch well between the two so shower still slightly on when running a bath and vice versa. Food fine -pretty expensive breakfast and when we realised that we would have to leave before breakfast was available on our last day the reception staff told us that we could not have a refund for breakfast --leaving us over £20 out of pocket . They did give us a packed breakfast in compensation but a soggy muffin, cheap boxed drink and an apple made it the worse value breakfast ever! Especially galling as we had had to argue our case each morning that our deal booked over the internet included breakfast which we had paid for separately . Poor communication me thinks between members of staff . |
