Very well placed for the airport and the city centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Restaurant and reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful

Television should be bigger given the size of the room and bed distance from TV area.

Its a lovely hotel inside, staff very nice, the bar was great fun.

The room did not have air conditioning and was very warm. We paid 179euro for one night with NO breakfast and still had to pay another 10euro to park our cars on the hotel grounds.

Room was a bit crowded with furniture. No fan/air control in room.

Kind and excellent management along with great bar staff. Safe, clean, friendly and secure hotel. I booked an extra night at short notice and despite being really busy for the rugby weekend they gave me an excellent rate as I had stayed two previous nights.

great people working there, from the lounge to the reception desk. Sarah, at the desk went out of her way to help me with airline service. the people in the lounge made you very welcome

Felt food in restaurant (not breakfast) was not up to standard of rest of hotel, neither was the member of staff who served me.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in very mordern and well decorated. Great for comfort and lounging about it was I lovely break.

The conveinence of where the hotel was located.

Iasked three times for a hair dryer, and iron aqnd never received these items. They were supposede to come with the room. Also on my second trip there, I requested a room in the front because I was keep awake by a dog barking near the first room I stayed in on my first visit, but was given a room on the same side. Also. my room was not cleaned that well.

Was only here for on night returning from holidays. I found the staff very friendly. the bed was so comfortable, breakfast good no complaints. will stay again.

Very good location, and nice staff. The hotel is quite new and the rooms clean and large enough. Also the restaurant/pub inside is very nice.

The hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff are efficient and very friendly, always happy to help. It is not in the centre of Dublin, however, every bus that passes by the Skylon goes to the City Centre and only takes about 7 minutes and you don't have to wait very long on a bus coming.
