all of it.

Staff very nice
Room was very cold on arrival.radiator had to be turned on manually.hard to set a good ambient temp. Dark damp stains along windows hidden by curtains.
close to city centre, with a nice variety of restaurants in the area
a smell in the room, loud fan in the bathroom, room cold. the breakfast was disgusting, rashers burnt, sausages burnt, black & white pudding no taste, lemon in the jug of water was brown.
The price for this hotel is reasonable. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is very good.
We stayed in room 124 and could hear the noise of the ventilation pipe outside during the night. Breakfast is very nice, but has to be paid separately. It would be better to have it included in the price
Excellent hotel, very friendly staff would defiantly return
I liked the room near the lift as requested. I liked the choice of dining. The staff are just super, polite and helpful as I was on crutches.
The music on Saturday night was far too loud. Entertainment is fine but do people really go there to hear an ear shattering band. There should be,in this day and age, bottled water available in the room. I have seen the bottom of Hotel water storage tanks so not for me. The bed was made, second night, but is it too much trouble to tidy (stretch) the bottom sheet? no tip left.
The staff were very helpful and extremely pleasant.Made my brief stay very pleasant but hope to be back early in the new year.
location to city centre
situated between the city and airport the location has good access by car or bus.
being charged for car parking.
Loved staff, ambience, meal in the restaurant and location.
We were too hot during the night but no air conditioning. More sound proofing to lessen noise level within the hotel, e.g. we were woken by a nearby resident who had tea or coffee delivered at 2.30 at night.
Very impressed with the attitude of the staff from the moment we checked in until we left.Great to hear the gentleman serving breakfast at 10.30 singing away to himself. .The freshly cooked breakfast was one of the best we've ever had on our travels. What great value for money..Keep up the great standards...will be back.
Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good food, good location.

THE BED WAS WAY TOO SOFT RADIATORS VERY NOISEY LIGHT BULBS NEED REPLACING BREAKFAST AVERAGE HAD TO GET A VOUCHER FROM RECEPTION FOR BREAKFAST
I loved the service from each and every member of the staff. They were very helpful, warm and welcoming.
a very relaxing time with everything at your finger tips transport shops a nice walk into city center that's where we will stay in DUBLIN
On the flight to Dublin, my partner started to feel very ill (Flu). We arrived at the hotel very early, around 8.30 and my partner was shivering and shaking by now. The Manager made sure we had a room ready by 9.30 and we spent most of our weekend in the room unfortunately. The room was very comfortable and warm, the shower was lovely and hot and the bed was comfortable. The food was excellent. We did manage a few hours in Dublin which was easy to access via a bus outside the hotel (no.1 and no.16 bus). There are plenty of shops around the hotel and restaurants/bars. Could not fault anything.
Breakfast was a bit pricey, but you do get a lot of choice.
music only ok moved from bar because of music
Freindliness of staff and exuberance in wanting to assist
Limitation of food on menu Could the lunch selection be incorporated into an all day option?
