Big room with lots of space
Could not get wifi to work in bedroom even though it said that wifi was available all round hotel
food serving stopped at 10 pm
The staff were first class. We had a delicious evening meal in the restaurant. The hotel and our room were lovely.
Could hear the traffic from nearby road, and was kept awake by people leaving the car park late at night, A room at the back of the hotel would have been perfect. Would have liked an indoor swimming pool.
Staff were very nice. At a first glance the hotel looks lovely.
On ringing for directions to the hotel from the last roundabout coming from Loughrea, we were told to go straight through the roundabout, drive for about one mile out that road and the hotel is on the right. Well this is not the case! After about one mile there is a road turning off to the right, you need to turn down this road and the Hotel is on the left!!! Even the sign on the main road is very badly positioned, as you are driving out from Loughrea the sign for the Hotel is located on the right side of the road, after the road to the right, saying the Hotel is 100 yds and a yellow arrow pointing right. so when you are driving, especially the first time looking for the hotel, it is very easy to miss the arrow on that sign! 1. No WiFi available in bedroom. 2. Any time we rang for room service we were kept waiting, as no one was answering the phone! 3. On Sunday morning I had to go down to the restaurant to get coffee & tea sent up. Again no one to answer the phone for room service. 4. The cleaner only left three tea bags, so we had a cup each on sat night but could not have a cup each Sun morning. Surely if 2 are in a room they would at least leave 4 tea bags! 5. When we returned to our room on Sat evening there was a horrific smell of sewage in the room. We had to leave the window wide open to try clear it. 6. There were three blue bottles flying around the window. I could not read in peace as they kept flying towards the light of bedside lamp. 7. When I went to plug in my charger behind the bedside locker there was a corpus of cobwebs between the wall and locker. 8. The menu for the restaurant was not great, advertising predominately chicken for main courses. So overall it was not good value for money and certainly not 4* quality. Was very disappointed as we were looking forward to enjoying a couple of nights away in 4* luxury!
Great facilities and had difficulty in getting out of bed- it was so comfortable! The breakfast was fab
Great staff, great service. Very quiet hotel.
Normally, I could not fault the place but had to return the breakfast on this occasion. Usually, the food is outstanding so I don't know what went wrong in the kitchen.
The welcome was warm and friendly. The room and facilities beautiful and comfortable and I'd definitely recommend it.
Very pleasant experience, good breakfast in lovely surroundings.
Wonderful staff, huge room, fantastic value for money. Would highly recommend it to my family and friends.
Hotel receptionist very helpful and efficient. Wonderful food and tastefully decorated.
Lovely atmosphere. Large room lovely staff.
The blonde haired girl at reception was very pleasant and friendly.
Our room was noisy, the bed wasnt made properly on arrival, we got overcharged twice in the restaurant but it was rectified once we pointed it out, no maple syrup or nutella available with pancakes for breakfast..

Food and cleanliness
Nothing comes to mind
It was a lovely cosy hotel. Staff very attentive. I'm dairy intolerant and they catered for me without any hassle at all. Rooms lovely and airy and no noise from other rooms.
Huge rooms, wonderful staff, great to be there. Sorry to leave and we were leaving for Paris!
Staff were excellent. Some going the 'extra mile' to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
Found both toilet roll holder and quality of toilet roll to be very inferior. Such a small thing that should be corrected immediately.
