Was handy to the Headford RD ,Comfy bed!!!!

Everything was grand

Lovely staff and decor. Room was supplied with kettle and selection of teas, coffee and biscuits.

Minor complaint but would have preferred a shower cubicle.

The Staff were most helpful and food was excellent - dinner & breakfast.

The girls at the reception are brilliant very mannerly and extreamly nice great customer service.

Went to get water at bout 7 in the morn was told if i wanted it to walk to the garage after waitin for about 15 mins saw me and left me waiting.

The staff of this hotel were the most friendly and helpful staff that I have ever come across, and i am a very well travelled person.

Very expensive by comparison to other 4 star hotels at other locations in Ireland, but perhaps this was just because of the time of the year, the weekend before the Galway Races.

easy access to a lot of places in Galway and ease of access to nightlife in city centre

I found everyone of the staff extremely friendly & helpful. They couldn't do enough for us. We only ate in the bar & the food was good. The breakfast was sufficient, not a huge variety but sufficient & tasty.

The only draw back was the lack of leisure facilities. When staying with children it's always nice to have a swimming pool. The hotle is very close to the city centre so is not on a very big site. We were there during the very warm weather & it would have been nice to have been able to walk around a garden or something, but there was just car park all around.

Children were allowed in the bar. Breakfast was great. 10 mins walk to City Centre.

My room was spacious and very nicely decorated

The lunch service was not very efficient.There were a lot of people and even though there were plenty staff, there seemed to be a lot of confusion and missing orders.

Ich habe zum ersten Mal in einem "besseren" Zimmer als den Standards übernachtet und war dementsprechend positiv überrascht als ich mein Zimmer sah. Ich hatte wirklich sehr viel Platz, das Bad (Badewanne für 2 Personen + Dusche) war super, perfekter Fernseher und ja... Ich fand es einfach super. Das Personal ist sehr nett und mit dem Zimmerservice hat mehr oder weniger alles funktionniert.

Obwohl mein Zimmer im 2. Stock lag, konnte ich die Hochzeitsgesellschat im Erdgeschoss die ganze Nacht über hören. Ich hatte kein WiFi in meinem Zimmer(!) und am Empfang nur niedrigen Empfang. Für 140 Euro pro Nacht einfach Nogo... Selbst in den billigsten B&B's hat man super Wifi Empfang... Der Zimmerservice hat mir die falschen Müsli zum Frühstück gebracht und einige Dinge wie Bademantel und Föhn muss man am Empfang separat verlangen. Aber das war okay. Der Bus fährt nur alle 30 Minuten in die City. Fussweg ca. 15-20 Minuten.
