The Staff were so friendly. I could say nicer about them. They were so helpful and polite. Location was good. Galway is the best city in the world. I got engaged on Sunday on Salthill prom so it turned out to be the best weekend ever. Will be coming back for every anniversary and more in between. The room was a little disappointing for ****. The heating didnt work.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and efficient and I was upgraded to a fabulous suite on arrival. The room and bathroom were beautiful, quiet and very spacious. I had dinner in the bar and breakfast the following morning, the food was excellant also. I would highly recommend this hotel, I liked the warm friendly atmosphere and the Irish feel to the surroundings. I could not fault anything about my stay.

Nice sized rooms. Very clean and quiet. Pub downstairs was reasonably priced. Food in the restaurant was fair. They try but just fair. Included breakfast was plentiful and kept fresh, still just ok. Overall facilities were very well kept and very nice for the price paid. I would stay there again. I would have breakfast again but would go elsewhere for dinner. Quite possibly the best shower ever
