The rooms aren't overly luxurious but they are clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our one night stay. The breakfast in the adjoining cafe was very nice. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Location was excellent
Room was very run down and dirty
Superb location. Comfortable and quiet.
Staff very friendly. Well located.
Evening meals not available every evening.
The location of the hotel was excellent. We were close to everything yet away from the main hub of the city center. This was what really made our stay as there was no disturbances from noises either in or outside the hotel that impacted the quality of sleep! For a city hotel we were very impressed. The comfort of the room was great and the staff were v helpful.
I would like if the had better information on the Car Park as it was only on the day of leaving that we realized it was paid parking. The was an oversight on our part but parking was a consideration when booking the hotel. In saying that the Car park was v convenient and reasonable only you prepaid and safe. You couldn't ask for anything else.
Breakfast. No cereals.
Location and friendly staff.
Absence of free WiFi in the room, and absence of a mini-fridge in the room.
Location. Staff were very nice. Good discount for amazing Cafe next door! Held on to our bags the next day for hours while we did our shopping which was great.would stay again
Wifi in bedrooms at e5 a day was a little pricey. Bedroom was tiny and a little dated for the price but the bathroom was nice and big. It's extremely noisy outside so really is not a hotel for a long stay
Reception staff- especially Neev and Arti extremely pleasant and helpful. Location on St Stephens Green is excellent. Rooms comfortable and immaculate. Good value for money. Will definately be back.
WiFi 5 euro PER DEVICE for 24hours use
Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff in reception.
Bathroom needs a little facelift
Excellently located for Dublin City centre stay. Staff friendly and room clean.
Nothing - was perfect for a group of friends in town for a stag do.
bed and shower were good very good location. reception staff ok.
no wifi in room not well cleaned ; both the room and the bathroom . electric appliances not working properly
so it's really convenient
but it gets late night revelers finding their cars and driving off - loudly
the room was inadequate for one person. There was no airconditio, no frig, broken window latch, no ventilation in bathroom, no luggage table, no lounge chair.
Cleaning , furniturs
Close to everywhere
Every thing about the hotel. 10 of us said the same. The staff are the best I have known. I stay in hotels all over.thehotel was situated. Centralized to everthing open top buses. Wat more can I say that I have not said. I think Dublin it's self is quite expensive. It was my stag do it was worth the 500 euro. I spent. Only sour note was. Leaving my mobile at the hotel lol Xo
I liked everything. God bless you all.
- Cleanliness of crockery provided was not upto the mark - Hotel didn't accept 100 Euro notes, which was not made clear at the time of reservation - Some guests in the hotel were very noisy and partying through the night
Location was excellent. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. Ideal if you dont plan on spending much time in the room.Staff were friendly & helpful.
Hairdryer was attached to the wall in the bathroom and was not very good. Better to bring your own.
Location was perfect
Air conditioning did not work very well in the room.
located 2 minutes walk from Grafton Street (shopping street) and st.stephens green, which is a nice, large park away from the noise of Dublin. We arrived early and our room was unoccupied. They allowed us to check in hours early.
Air conditioning didn't work and the room was very hot.The window locks are broken and the windows are very stiff, so they must remain open. This helps with the heat problem but the noise from the street below is therefore unavoidable. We had to pay €5 pr 24 hrs for a wireless connection which quite frankly was unusable. We complained several times, just to get a new password and have the same experience. We were told its the fault of the internet provider and were never offered a refund.€5 doesn't break the bank but its not right to charge for something that doesn't work. We were charged €1,50 for 20ml of milk (for the baby's porridge) by the connecting restaurant, which just shows the lack of service you get in this place. The shower had a temp regulation which didn't work properly and it turned itself up.I never managed to get the water temp cool enough to have a safe shower.
