Clean and comfortable broken shower head and absence of in date newspapers and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Also the canvas wardrobe was a bit tacky suggest they invest in wooden wardrobes. |

room was well looked after but the security of our property leaves a lot to be desired. As I said above they wedged our door open and left for the day.And the manager never even came near to the room to check after we complained they did give us our breakfast for nothing. Do not like a hotel that tries to take advantage of customers with sneaky charges especially as nobody ever reads the hotel services manual which is where they tried to hide the bottle charge and as regards to their complimentary water well tap water was nicer |

Friendly welcome when we arrived, the breakfast next morning was excellent. The hotel was just what we wanted for a short stay. Our room was very noisy, the reason being one of the windows was ill-fitting and there was a gap where you could see daylight. The room was inspected immediately and our bill was reduced. |

Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable clean room. Good breakfast. Attractive building. Availability of wireless internet connection in the room. Not really a huge complaint but the room would have benefited from a desk/table facility. |

Excellent location. Quiet room despite the proximity of a busy road. Room was a little sparsely furnished; it could have done with another chair in the bedroom but was clean and comfortable. |

Breakfast was good. The wardrobe was a canvas structure which had 3 wire hangers There were no drawers for putting clothes in.One chair for 2 people . Air conditioning did not work. You had to stand on the bed in order to pull the blind down Someone had been smoking and used the bedside drawer as an ashtray the smoke detector had been disconnected and was hanging in pieces No handrail for getting in and out of the ba |

Very friendly and helpful staff in particular the girl that greeted us on arrival on Thursday 18th. Character of the building The access at the side is not very obvious and was locked when we arrived at 4pm when I would have expected it to be opened. |

Comfortable bed. Very small room in attic space for 250/night. I was 10 min late for brekfast and the hotel could not accommodate me in any way. Staff were unhelpful and unmannerly. |

Lovely room and building generally. Location very nice. Slight grumble over housekeeping. Free water wasn't replaced, no bath towels on first night, TV picture terrible first night then fixed. |
