la habitación para tres personas era suite y estaba bien y limpia y buen detalle al ofrecernos a la llegada un te, cafe y pastas. queda lejos del centro y si vas de vacaciones y vas a visitar lo más importante de la ciudad, queda a desmano aun cuando tienes autobuses para acceder al centro. No suministrarte jabón y champú mas que el primer día, en los otros dos siguientes no nos pusieron ni champú ni jabón. Quizás la culpa fue nuestra de no solicitarlo, pero creo que debían suministrarlos diariamente. |

The hotel is very quiet which was very convenient for me. The staff were excellent and very friendly and cooperative. Although coffee and tea are complementary, which is grand, but they are not provided inside the room with a kettle.Whenever I needed coffee I had to call and ask for it. |

The room was lovely It was not really what was advertised. The room was really lovely but the rest of the hotel was a bit basic and certainly not what was expected when I made the booking. Not really worth the cost of a 4star hotel for what it was. |

Unfortunately, I was ill during my stay - they let me stay in my room until I was ready to leave for the airport, even though I should have checked out. Very kind. It was a perfect little haven from the Temple Bar/O'Connell Street vibe that we enjoyed when out, but didn't miss when we wanted to sleep! |

The Merrion Hall was an absolute delight. The staff were lovely, on arrival there was coffe and home made cookies. Full Irish breakfast was lovely. We were in Dublin to see a concert at the rds and it was located right across the road. We would definately stay there again. |

Nice and helpful staff. Room was comfortable. I think the hotel could use a bit more decorating considering it calls itself luxury: the room was plain: could use more pictures on the wall etc. Also the sitting room downstairs needs upgrading. |

Clean and comfortable broken shower head and absence of in date newspapers and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Also the canvas wardrobe was a bit tacky suggest they invest in wooden wardrobes. |

room was well looked after but the security of our property leaves a lot to be desired. As I said above they wedged our door open and left for the day.And the manager never even came near to the room to check after we complained they did give us our breakfast for nothing. Do not like a hotel that tries to take advantage of customers with sneaky charges especially as nobody ever reads the hotel services manual which is where they tried to hide the bottle charge and as regards to their complimentary water well tap water was nicer |

Friendly welcome when we arrived, the breakfast next morning was excellent.The hotel was just what we wanted for a short stay. Our room was very noisy, the reason being one of the windows was ill-fitting and there was a gap where you could see daylight. The room was inspected immediately and our bill was reduced. |

The staff were just lovely and did their best to accomadate me, got me a free pass to the craft fair across in the RDS Well, the jacuzzi didn't work- apparently some fuse problem, solved next day but too late for me unfortunately |

Excellent location. Quiet room despite the proximity of a busy road. Room was a little sparsely furnished; it could have done with another chair in the bedroom but was clean and comfortable. |
