The relaxed atmosphere. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms very clean and spacious. Location is very good for city centre shopping. Myself and my friends contiue to use the hotel on a regular basis due to the great value for money and excellent location. The disrespectful attitude of a male member of the reception desk when i explained that the credit card i used to book the room was my father's credit card. He sniggered inappropriately. Toileteries were average. Bathroom decor could be improved. All in all though it was more than adequate. Really enjoy staying there on a regular basis. |

Very comfortable, good service, very nice room, parking was easy and free. Heating too powerful and no thermostat, soundproofing not quite enough to kill traffic noise at night on 4th floor. |

Very nice and helpful staff. Good location if you don't mind a wee bit of a walk to the city centre.. (20 min or so) and excellent value for money. Would be nice if the restaurant was open later |

Quality, cleanliness and room standard was better than expected. Hotel was in a calm area with no noice from outside. City center was just a 15 minute walk away from the hotel. However it was nothing really to see or experience around the hotel. No tips or recommendations from staff about what to see. No info about opening hours, buses, etc. for interesting tourism spots. |

Reception staff and good value for money. Isolation in room does not exist, you can here everybody on the hallway like having room without the doors. |

I appreciated the speed of check-in and check-out. I felt the accomodation was good quality and good value. Unfortunately the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been with hairs visible on the floor and in the hand basin. I am not good at complaining so I said nothing. However, it was not a pleasant experience viewing the bathroom for the first time. |
