location, friendliness and professionalisim of staff in dealing with an issue that came up during my stay
Helpful & friendly staff
Too hot in room
a little bit price when price did not include breakfast
Could hear noise from the person who was either in room next door or above as if he was in the same room during the night.
Arrived at 9pm after a long day to be told that there was no parking. Hotel has only ten spaces available. Should have been mentioned on the website. Shower was poor. Running hot and cold. Hallways etc look very shabby. Room not bad. Not good value for money.
Good Central Location. The hotel was quiet, no noisy guests. I had a good nights sleep, ( despite traffic). Bring earplugs - I did.!
I would have liked breakfast to be included in the package!
I stayed at this hotel for one night - my birthday. The room was spacious but it was absolutely freezing. I've never been so cold and uncomfortable. Holes in the curtains......dont stay here
Great location. Nice breakfast.
First come, first serve parking. We booked 6 rooms! The shower was dirty (Room 227) with mould visible on the extractor vent. Was woken up twice by room cleaning staff. Works on-going in the building early on Sat morning. General disrepair of the building.
We were on the fourth floor and there is construction happening there
Hotel good was great enjoyed vegetarian breakfast.
The room we stayed in the shower was very poor pressure wise.
Reasonably priced hotel with acceptable facilities. Dinner menu and food average
The bed in the family room was terriblee
The room was comfortable and clean.
Car park is limited in size.
Location is very good. Only a fifteen minute walk into Grafton Street.Plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. Hotel is clean and comfortable and very good value for the great location. Would stay there again.
Some of the staff were not very pleasant to deal with. We were travelling in a group of ten and one of our rooms had been given away to another guest with the same surname. The guy on reception was argumentative and not very helpful in trying to sort out the problem.
I liked it all stayed here before tats why I came back was recommended it firstly by my friend who stays here frequently
The breakfast was poor and overpriced for the quality. We arrived towards the end of the breakfast sitting and found the buffet Irish breakfast to be overheated and dry. Not enjoyable!
