Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, lovely bar/restaurant and great location.
Great location with many nice eating places nearby. A short walk to city centre (southside). Staff very helpful.
Staff very friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable. Bar lovely.
Our room was very clean and modern. The room and bathroom looked brand new. We stayed here for a night after a concert in the O2 and it cost less than €10 for a taxi to the venue.
The parking is terrible. Only 6 carpark spaces in front of the hotel and if you want to use their multi story carpark there is an extra fee per night which I think should be free. I parked across the road as after 7pm on a Saturday is free which did fine.
Easy access, good location (1km from centre), free parking, friendly staff.
A little dated, carpets showing their age. Strange smell in bathroom. Scissor lift starting work at 9am on Sunday morning for refurbishments.....
Location , comfort , staff and food
Need to reinforce people being quiet at 3 am
First room we were given had an unmade bed. Staff were helpful in getting us a different room
We were going to the aviva for the rugby & it was perfect location wise.
It was so expensive for that weekend. I understand that it was a rugby weekend , but prices are so high people are not eating or drinking in the hotels! Maybe if all the hotel prices came down a little people would spend more in their hotels!
Confort, people, bed, room size.
Although there was free Wi-Fi it didn't work that well. Maybe connection needs to be upgraded.
Clean and comfortable
Very clean room , ocation perfect and reasonably priced..
Had to wait extra 30 mins for room to be made available
The room itself was nice...comfy bed..lovely food in the restaurant...some staff very friendly and helpful.
On asking for an early check-in I was very quickly dismissed, wasn't the best greeting. A polite no would have been fine rather than being treated as though I was asking for something much bigger! I requested a room with a view weeks before and had this confirmed, yet ended up in a room that was looking directly at and into an office block. Not quite what I was after. I asked for canal view and could only see the canal if I stuck my head right out the window. Finally, warning in advance for building works would have been good. We were told we might see a builder on the way to our room, I am not exaggerating when I say we walked through a building site, furniture and dust coating the corridors. Not to mention the extreme banging on the first morning we were there which was from another building site not far from the hotel, we had been travelling for hours the day prior so being woken up early by noise was not good. We would have said all this when we left but were tired and a bit fed up.
Beautiful room. Powerful shower. Friendly staff. Right across from the canal
The wifi kept timing out. no smoking facilities, say upstairs
Excellent location particularly for a rugby weekend ideally situated half way between city centre and the stadium. Staff very helpful.
Bathroom dated but clean - although only small bars of soap were provided but no shampoo or gel etc - which was a surprise given the cost.
Hotel was very close to Stadium Staff very helpful - Duty Manager v. helpful when issue of cleanliness of room raised. Food good Beer not overpriced
Cleanliness of room
Staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly in bar.
Wifi delivery was intermittent. Even staff admitted it's been an problem. Far from ideal for business purposes.
Location excellent, comfortable rooms.
No carparking space available, television in bedroom was ready to fall off its stand, heat in bedroom too much.
The Hotel radiates excellence from the moment you walk in. Staff very friendly, & with good communication skills. Food excellent. The Bedroom was newly refurbished. It has lovely decor, & this provided for a enjoyable stay.
Nice staff at check in,helpful and also night porters very polite .
Housekeeping were very noisy while cleaning the room next room ,even though it was only 10am on a sat am.There was a lot of banging and moving furniture etc .
The comfort of the bed and room..everything was very comfortable and the room was lovely and warm. Free wifi was easy to access. No noise in the corridor made it very easy to get a good sleep.
I wouldn't call it a dislike but I would have liked a better choice of teas/coffee available in the room. I only drink herbal teas, of which there were none and there was only 1 sachet of decaf coffee also. I'm sure I could have called to have a supply sent to the room.
staff are very good rooms are excellent ideal hotel for your stay in dublin
Very kind staff. Good Restaurant/Bar inside. Clean rooms. Free Wifi.
Beds a bit hard. Noise level at front of hotel.
