Location staff bedroom all super nice and the open fires!!! So cosy in winter
Breakfast wasn't amazing could have been more fruit options
The food is amazing. We have stayed there twice now and we would recommend it to anyone. We will always stay here when we go to Wesport.
The location was excellent -bus stop outside the door and train station only a 10 minute walk from the hotel as we had used public transport.Staff very pleasant and helpful .Bed was so comfortable -room was spacious.Rosaleen Ballymoney ,Co Antrim.
Nothing negative to report .
staff were fantastic and very friendly, breakfast was nice, great central location
Staff very friendly Nothing too big
First impressions of This hotel are good the reception area was lovely and cosy. Christmas decorations were great,a lovely feel to entrance. The bar and restaurant were great. Staff lovely and friendly service good. Bedroom wasn't huge but was sufficient for a couple. The shower was brilliant after sea2summit it was just what we needed, great power from it. I would stay here again it's convent to everything but yet out of ear shot of the night time banter on the streets.?
The bedroom was sufficient but at same time a bit tight. All though everything worked in the room it is very dated, t.v, bed very small and mattress as soft as cotton. I realise the hotel is currently in the process of being revamped so I'm sure once it is complete all of my minor issues will be sorted. We felt it was a bit pricey in comparison to the facilities of nearby hotels of a higher grade . ??
Food was amazing and most of the staff was excellent.
When I asked for a specific choice of food I was told I could only get it in the resturant. Which I had been too the previous evening and the food I had was very good and wanted it again. I was very dissatisfied and went for my meal in another premises. I would have stayed if my request was addressed as I was sitting in the lounge and was happy not to move fifty feet to the resturant as I was watching the rugby.
It was too hot. The heating seems to be centrally controlled.
The bathtub- great after a long cycle on the greenway or a hike up Croagh Patrick. Comfy bed I arrived at 10.30pm so it was handy to check in so late. Convenient to town.
TV was damaged; no colour. I had a streetside room, so there was some noise from outside and next door.
Good value for money Bar staff v good
We were asked for total amount on check in, even though we had submitted our credit card number during booking process. To add salt to the wound we did not get a receipt for our cash and had to return ask for it
everything from the cleanliness of the rooms the friendly staff excellent breakfast if we would of had time we would of stayed longer we hope to be back in the new year for a longer stay and can we book the same room is that possible
that we couldnt stay longer
Very convenient to main street, staff where friendly
Restaurant was a tad expensive. single glazing on windows in some rooms. Ours also had broken catch and alot of noise from busy take away across the road
Staff were very welcoming and were lovely to my little boy I would stay again
Once again I am just back from spending a night in the mill Times hotel in Westport. As always I had a great time and standards in the hotel just keep getting better. Staff are very courteous & accomodating. Great deals to be got in this hotel also. I will be back.

Underground Car park very small... not for nervous driver
Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant and Bistro both had good food and good staff. Room nice and comfortable.
Slightly noisy outside -traffic and deliveries in early morning. Not unexpected as central street front location. Needs new TV in room. (Analogue set still. )
Location Value Breakfast
Noise late at front of hotel.
- Central location - Nice staff - Bar and restaurant on site (though we haven't used them) - Car parking (yet limited availability)
- A bit over priced
