Very nice layout and interior design. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. We had 2 rooms. In one it was too hot and another not warm enough. One of the rooms assigned to us was not made up at all, so I had to move. |

Excellent food. The lobby was a bit too cold. Very nice apart from the fact that it was too cold to sit in. |

Dinner was good and staff serving and taking orders were friendly and efficient, food very good No room service we asked for tea and sandwich at 9.30 pm to be told very abruptly "no food at this hour of night" we requested a "No Smoking Room" the room allocated stank of cigarette smoke and there was an ash tray on the table(disgusting) |

The feeling of relaxation and the staff making you feel so at ease.Nothing was a problem to them. Some children were allowed to play (running up and down the stairs in the main restaurant) and not addressed by anyone. |

Location excellent, Breakfast very good. Staff friendly. Our booking was for two rooms and only one was entered on hotel computer. Additional money was requested. Later admitted it was a staff error. Had to request airfreshner to get rid of smoke smell from room 112 having requested two non smoking rooms. Will put it down to once off bad experience. |

A spacious, comfortable and friendly hotel. We were attending a wedding reception at the hotel and their organisation of this was exceptional. Good food, great accommodation and staff. |

The hotel was so easy to find with great signs at all road entry points. That really makes it an appealing choice for foreign visitors on a road tour! Very well appointed and comfortable rooms. |

The hotel was well situated for acess from the main highway the staff were friendly. The food in the resturant was excellent and the service although not good on the saturday evening was over all attentive. Judith in the resturant was a lovely welcoming young women and should be commened. Although there were many children in the resturant over the weekend the room was comfortable and quiet. We discoverd late that the hotel had a weekend offer on for 2nights B&B + one evening meal + 3rd night free. I asked about the offer as the cost of our weekend was at 454euros. which far exceeded their offer THey were unwilling to discuss this as we had booked with booking .com. I felt this unkind and poor business sense. ( your web sit has the hotel at 4star rating it is accualey 4star) |

The hotel was very comfortable, a short walk to the center of Donegal town, and the breakfast was a buffet, but was still very tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. After driving around the area a bit, we saw quite a few cute bed & breakfasts, and looking back for the price of the hotel we kind of wished we would have stayed at a B & B. There was also a wedding there when we stayed and there was almost no parking and the hotel was very busy. |

Our 2 year old daughter loved the swimming pool although it was very busy! The hotel was walking distance from Donegal Town. Unfortunatly there was a function on in the hotel the night we stayed and some kids were left to run wild by their parents who were at the function. The kids woke us up 3 or 4 times and I had to ask reception to come and speak to them several times. |
