Staff were excellent ,very helpful and friendly. They knew about the area and wider. Nothing was too much trouble. It was situated in a central area for the travelling we did. Very easy to get to and to get to other places.

Just an observation -No staff in the gym area. This is risky. Not every one can work machines. We were ok but to look for someone every time you need instruction for each change of machine is at least inconvenient but if some tried it without supervision and then injured themselves........

There was an issue with the hot water supply in Room 108 but once we brought it to the attention of the staff we were moved to another (nicer) room immediately. The staff are very efficient and friendly. The rooms are beautifully laid out and the breakfast is unbeatable.

Friendliness of the staff throughout our stay of one night. Excellent facilities, made great use of the gym and pool. Enjoyed the location, a few minutes from the centre of Donegal Town

Gym/pool changing rooms could be bigger, with more lockers. Wi-Fi lost its signal strength in our room, the furthest from the reception area. It was for free though, and available in rooms nearer reception.

Everything was perfect ,staff friendly .food excellent .rooms and facilities first class .

Very relaxing, food exelent, staff exelent.

The night barman was wonderful. He made us feel very welcome. He chatted and was busy but took time to talk to us as he worked. A barman did help with the crisps machine and he said he would report it in the am.

I'm afraid we did not have a good experience in your hotel. On arrival we were felt 'in the way' as all were waiting for a bride. The two receptionist were very busy on their computers!!! Then I was told to sign there, there and there!!! And that was it. The room was clean but boring. No pictures on the wall. The two mugs in our room were cracked. I asked to have them changed at the reception desk and again I felt I was in the way!! no apology. There was no toilet role the ladies in the bar. The machine with crisps did not work properly. When we checked out I asked for a comment sheet!!! there was none there again the receptionist had to get up and look for them. She was not too pleased. Really we felt we were not welcome in your hotel.

Large Rooms. Very clean. Tea & Coffee in rooms. Excellent breakfasts. Great Bar and Restaurant Staff. Very helpful night porter. Hotel excellent in most respects.

Less than warm welcome from Reception staff when arriving late, but not possible to contact hotel by telephone to notify them of late arrival as only a central booking number was given and this was closed. Incorrect room allocated: booked for 3 adults and paid for extra bed but was told I had booked for two adults and a child and no extra bed was provided in the room allocated.. Room was (rather reluctantly) changed to a triple, but the triple was only equiped for two occupants; two cups, two sets towels, insufficient tea and coffee etc. Not really a good start but helpful night porter did his best to resolve. Seem to remember a 'rather cool' reception on my last visit as well

The peace and tranquility surrounding the hotel

Liked everything about this hotel, great location, staff were really nice, rooms were clean and tidy, comfy bed, nice quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed the food also. Hotel itself is lovely, very well decorated and grounds are really nice. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely go back.

Small thing really, but room got a bit hot during the night - opening the window sorted that out though.
