Room was very comfortable and spacious. Staff were very friendly. I was unhappy being placed in a room that was part of a suite and could openly hear the people staying behind the locked door in my room. I spoke with reception about this and was offered a worse choice so I stayed put.... Also the swimming pool and gym facility was dirty and unkept in appearance. It did not entice me to have any treatments in the spa whatsoever. Was very suprised at as the hotel is only a couple of years old. I was part of a wedding party and stayed for 2 nights with no reduction in spite of originally being offered 2 nigths b+b and an evening meal. Did not receive evening meal. |

very comfortable hotel, lovely hotel staff Location is not very attractive, and the Town is a rip off. The hotel rooms are a bit too small, although very comfortable. There were not many TV channels available. |

The reception was very courteous and informative Our non-smoking room stank of smoke, Room service sandwiches were inedible, our "double" bed was 2 beds pushed together and was highly uncomfortable, the carpet in the room was filthy.The sound proofing of the rooms was terrible,sounded paper thin. |

The staff were extremely friendly. We particularly liked the idea of the bar staff coming to the room with a nice complimentary drink minutes after we arrived. A lovely touch. Our room was a bit on the noisy side... traffic!... I forgot to ask the hotel staff for a room away from the traffic... but we slept o.k. |

Hotel very good, very comfortable and staff were excellen. All aspects of food was good incluiding bar food. Only one negative thing, our room was situated over the main reception were smokers gathered outside late at night smoking, therefore, lots of noise. This was the only negative aspect of our stay. Everything else was great. |

The staff were very friendly. They did not have a room in the hotel so gave us an apartment which was cold. Bed was most uncomforable sagging in the middle. |
