I thought the food was lovely and very tasty. I also though that the price was reasonable and we recieved a good a generous portion of food. The service was also very quick and we felt we where not waiting long for our food which we wanted. We also thought that the staff where very friendly, and where extremely talkative towards us and made us feel welcome. We Particulary did not like the pool, as we felt it was too small and when we had arrived it had too many children in it and so we could not enjoy our selves in it and so we didnt go into it the second day. When we also arrived at the hotel at around 3:00pm our hotel room was not ready and we felt this was not very satisfactory. Our room was also not cleaned the after the first night untill 4pm that day. We both discussed this together and felt it was very unproffessional as a 4* hotel.

The hotel staff were very attentive. The beds were uncomfortable for a guest with back pain. The mattress was too soft.

Friendly helpful and efficient staff in every part of the hotel. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Great location in town. Plenty of free car parking at hotel. Bunclody is a lovely town only about 50 minutes by car from Rosslare ferry and a delightful place to spend a day if touring Ireland. Tlc Cafe very near to hotel serves great helpings of Irish food with a warm welcome and is next door to O'Reillys supermarket where you can stock up on most things for your journey.

The food was very good apert from the breakfast which was very poor. The website advertised separate checkin for kids with passport and swim bag but there was no sign of this. The jacuzzi was not working which was unexceptable for new year.

The rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly and it had a nice atmosphere. The room rates were good but the food was too expensive, more expensive than Dublin city hotel prices.

Superb Staff, great location for exploring the midlands and south east of Ireland. Lady Lucy restaurant was beyond our expectations, the 28 day matured Irish steak was out of this world. A huge, gorgeous Irish breakfast set us up each day. Bunclody is a small town/village with a couple of lovely pubs. Be prepared to talk when you go in to them, great experience.
