Comfort and convenience to Cork City; good quality, friendly staff and good food. bar a little disappointing; hot port very watery, have had better guinness & carlsberb. In fairness, staff did accept and offer replacements, but would have liked them right first time. |

Staff are excellent very friendly,the room is excellent, clean and comfortable,business center very useful The resturant being closed on several nights may influence if I book again , as our business would usually end around 9.45 Pm and previously I had a arrangement with the kitchen to have dinner for our Japanese and Irish guests by pre ordering,also the hallways to the bedrooms could do with a brighten up on the 2nd floor,also perhaps more instruction to bar staff on filling a pint of guinness |

Great location for city break or touring Cork County, the staff were pleasant and helpfull and the atmosphere relaxed. Rates were reasonable and our stay was comfortable. |

iliked the fact that Eimer in reservations e-mailed me before our visit to ask if we had any requests and I asked for flowers and wine in our room on arrival as it was our wedding anniversary and this was done without any trouble. |

loved the interior, food was gorgeous, staff really helpful, room service brilliant!! car parking for the hotel was on a lot of levels and there was a lot of non guests dining at the hotel(which is good) but they took up most of the spaces i feel should have been reserved for guests. The bathroom was a little dated however with a little crack along the side of the bath that was the only minus that we had. great place to stay would def recommmend. |

A beautiful and clean hotel. Staff were very helpful. First time to this Hotel but will return. The nicest hotel that we have been to this year in the dancing feis circuit. Colette & Emily. |

How kind and helpfull all the staff were, nothing was too much trouble. The bathroom was slightly dirty ie: the sealant around the bath being dirty and coming away from the tiles,some mould on the tiles and the shower curtain had dirty marks on it. |

we thought the rooms were very good clean and comfortable reception aera and bar very bright and welcoming breakfasts were excellent. Overall we found the hotel good value and would recommend it . |

The room lacked air conditioning quilt was very heavy for the summer also the room was not ready when we arrived for check in at 2pm we had to wait 45mins. |

Clean room and helpful and attentive staff. A bit short of bar staff at night, when busy. Location is a little bit out of town - really need a car, otherwise it's a 30 min walk along a busy road. But if you know that, it's fine, not a problem. |

The staff and the food. We were not too keen on the music in the lounge on friday and saturday night. They were good in their own right but not our cop of tea. A singer who could entertain a crowd would be better. Try jimmy spender. |

The breakfast was excellant and the staff were very efficient and friendly The restaurant not being open sunday and monday nights we were there to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary which the hotel knew about in advance it would have been nice to have been told this b4 we arrived so that we could have planned to celebrate with a nice meal in advance |

I booked a twin room only to discover a double bed in the room, because i made the booking it was i that had to sleep on the floor, very disappointed but as i did not enter the room until after 4am i did not bother to go to reception to complain. in my knowledge a twin room is two separate beds and a double room is at least a double bed as the couple will share it. two nights on the floor in a hotel is a bit of a disgrace in my opinion, after spending the first night i couldn't be bothered saying anything as i was attending a family wedding and did not want to have a problem. |
