Excellent value for someone needing a clean bed, a good shower, a nice breakfast, WiFi that works. Friendly staff and a great location. My bedroom could have done with a facelift - but ot was fine given the value for money |

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, great shower, ironing facilities, and excellent full Irish breakfast, including fruit and healthy options. Parking was available though might be difficult if hotel was full. Nothing for me, but some rooms are on second floor, and no lift, so if that's a problem you'd have to ask for a lower room. |

It was easy to find. It is convenient to Dublin city centre and the nightlife of Donnybrook. It was cheap and cheerful. The whole place needs a major overhaul but then it would have to charge more! |

Very nice room, nice and large overlooking a road with trees, bathroom is new and spotless as was the room. I loved breakfast, bacon was decent and nicely cooked (not a bit dry) they have a great selection and its nice for a change to have nuts + seed selection. Overall it is a lovely place very quiet and relaxing, excellent to have free parking. I'll be back! |

The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was well cooked and presented with a good choice of menus. Unfortunately in Dublin all main road hotels suffer from heavy traffic on the roads which may disturb light sleepers. |

Nice atmosphere very friendly staff and good breakfast. Nice bathroom. We got what we paid for. The bed was awful. Window couldn't close properly. The overall impression is that the building could benefit from an overhaul. But generally we got what we paid for. |

Breakfast was just terrific. I would compare it to 4 star Hotel quality or better. The Hotel was really a great Guest House , but in saying that the staff, location and breakfast were of a very good quality. Could do with a little tlc and especially double glazing. |

Spatial, bright and clean rooms. Delicious breakfast and excellent coffee. Easy acces to the city centre, walking distance and plenty buses behind the corner. Direct aircoach to the airport. Possibility of car park (free of charges). WiFi in the building. Wonderful, safe and quiet area with an enormous park on the side. Lovely staff, very helpful. For all that - very good price. Definitly I'll be back. Highly recommended. |

The staff we extremely helpful and obliging. The room's were clean and the bathrooms were newly renovated. The breakfast was lovely. The hotel is quite old and rickety but I think is quite charming! There is no lift so I wouldnt reccommend somebody wheelchair dependable or same as there are quite a number of stairs in this hotel. |
