Breakfast was nice. Room was small, but I wasn't cold and the bathroom was clean. I could hear everyone upstairs walking at 7am, which woke me up every single day. I was pretty annoyed about that.

Breakfasts were great - scrambled eggs, full irish, porridge with baileys. Coffee was tasty (not common in B&Bs). Comfy bed and hot shower. No traffic noise which was surprising considering the location of the B&B No noise insulation in my room, ie. I could hear everything in the hallway at night time - people walking down the hallway (with creaking floorboards) and knocking in doors etc. Take your earplugs!

Good location, receptionist was friendly, basic small room but very clean, fast WiFi, good inexpensive place for one night The shower had poor water pressure, water was tinted brown and the drain was very slow so you were standing in an inch or two of water. Not the b&bs fault but they should look into it

I had the single room. It was perfect for the price I payed. A hairdryer was provided. The bed was comfy too with working remote for the telly. I loved the layout of the breakfast in the morning. Very friendly staff. Maybe If they talked more to people though. We don't bite. Nothing. It was very close to the US embassy and was accessible by bus.

The breakfast was excellent and very delicious. The rooms were practically designed and staff friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable and great location with regular buses (+ airport coach) to the city centre - only ten min away. Overall very satisfied. Nothing really.

I liked the fact that I could trust the cleanliness as everyplace was spotlessly clean. Good variety of juices, nuts, cereals & fruit for breakfast and the cooked breakfast was to my exact requirements which made it very enjoyable. Nice breakfast room too. Friendly & efficient staff. Being a very busy St. Patrick's week end most B/Bs in Dublin had increased their prices but I felt that €89 for a small 'economy' single room for one night was too expensive. Also, the room decor was quite dated and in need of an facelift.

The hotel is very clean and the staff very Kindly. The brekfast was a lot and really nice; I suggest to taste the "full irish breakfast" :) but you can find also a traditional continental meal. The room was a little bit humid. We have had the water pipies close to the bed and during the night they werea little bit noisy. The hotel is not centre located (30min wolking or 10min by busses) during the morning it is not a problem but the busses stop at 23.30 (even if taxies are not expensive)

Good location easy reach of main city attractions. Very close to RDS and Aviva Stadium. Plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk and bus stop is right across the road for 15 minute trip up to main city centre. Rooms are in need a good makeover. The room was decent size for a couple of nights stay but they do need a little bit of money spent on them.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was first class, as good as ,if not better than many of the up market hotels in this area. It is a perfect location to base yourself if visiting Dublin. There is a Bus stop directly outside the front door for city and airport travel. I highly recommend this great value town house. Only downside for me , a lot of stairs , especially if you are on the top floor.
