The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were sparse and basic but nice and clean and warm. Breakfast was excellent everything you would want was available. The room was cleaned and the towels changed even though we were only staying two nights. Very good value for money. The hotel is run down and in need of tlc. Small basic TV's in the rooms (No flat screens). Quite a long way out of town. Not walking distance, a £12 taxi ride. |

Warm room, good location for UCD, nice part of town.......in my opinion If time isnt an issue easy to get to / from airport Traffic out of Dublin a problem if in a hurry |

The Staff are outstanding (beeman, margo and laura). Breakfast was Great as well. The location is convenient, it's about two minutes walk to the nearest Bus Stop. There's some convenience store within two minute walk from the hotel. |

Excellent value for someone needing a clean bed, a good shower, a nice breakfast, WiFi that works. Friendly staff and a great location. My bedroom could have done with a facelift - but ot was fine given the value for money |

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, great shower, ironing facilities, and excellent full Irish breakfast, including fruit and healthy options. Parking was available though might be difficult if hotel was full. Nothing for me, but some rooms are on second floor, and no lift, so if that's a problem you'd have to ask for a lower room. |

It was easy to find. It is convenient to Dublin city centre and the nightlife of Donnybrook. It was cheap and cheerful. The whole place needs a major overhaul but then it would have to charge more! |

Very nice room, nice and large overlooking a road with trees, bathroom is new and spotless as was the room. I loved breakfast, bacon was decent and nicely cooked (not a bit dry) they have a great selection and its nice for a change to have nuts + seed selection. Overall it is a lovely place very quiet and relaxing, excellent to have free parking. I'll be back! |
