Staff was very helpful and service minded and provided excellent assistance in suggesting and making dinner- and pub reservations throughout the stay. Breakfast was also really good.
Its central position for many amenities, its rooms are of a good size for a city centre hotel and the lobby seating area is sufficiently spacious. The restaurant is nicely appointed. The staff are very pleasant.
The food in the restaurant was tasteless and suggests that the hotel does not employ trained chefs. Other diners close by in the restaurant also commented on the poor quality of the food.
Service was good, breakfast quality too and good vibe
Dinners at the upscale restaurant were very tasty. Staff were all friendly aND a cross cultural group all happy to be working in dublin.
Toilet in our first room was too low and planned at lepracan height. No place to plug in blow dryer near a mirror. We missed our U.S. flight and called to cancel first night reservation but received no credit. Made a second reservation to stay one night before departure and rate was $400 because it was for a "holiday". . . Halloween? Would find a lesser priced hotel next time. It wasn't worth $400 a night.
Very noisy at night Could not get a seat in the bar in the evening due to people coming in - very annoying
Very convenient location to Dublin's main shopping locations and Templebar closeby with excellent staff.
bedroom small and a little noisy.
Breakfast options are varied and served in a very well appointed dining room. The location is really good with close access to Grafton Street and the 3Arena by light rail.
One opaque glass topped light unit in the bedroom apparently couldn't be turned off and negatively affected my first nights sleep but on second day I discovered how to turn it off.
Location, hotel bar
Size of the beds Some rooms are quite noisy at the street side
Staff efficiency Attention to detail- hot cookie on arrival and a bottle of water when leaving
Room was too hot found it stuffy but we could have turned the thermostat down Drinks were very expensive
- a fast internet (good wifi) - good room and comfortable bed
- No bide in the bathroom. - Breakfast menu (in the cart) could be better
On arrival we paid for the room, no problem there, but then once paid we were asked for an extra €100 deposit, no where were we informed upon arrival we would need to pay a deposit as well as the room on arrival! Poorly communicated! The room was much smaller than expected, the bathroom had no shampoo etc for having a shower! When we called down we were left waiting quite a while and this was early in the evening. I felt for the cost of the room €279 I was ripped off! Parking was also extra! I could've stayed in the Shelbourne for a little more!
Nothing, enjoyed my stay.
City centre location with great facilities. Helpful staff and reasonable restaurant. Comfortable rooms with very nice finish.
The Temble Bar crowd make noise till the small hours!
Perfect city location
Everything, Highly Recommend!
Location is great right in town you pay a bit more for a good hotel and you will save on taxi's fee's. the restaurant is lovely and food was amazing. rooms feel fresh and clean, would stay here again
didn't like the bathrooms feel like money was spent in the bedroom which feels like a 9/10 but the bathroom feels a 6/10 just missing something, shower was poor not enough power.
we loved the hotel including restaurant and bar. Our room was great and the location is excellent. Most of the staff were great. My daughter and I were travelling together . There is no section above to cater for this
On 2 occasions a member of staff chased after us for payment which was embarassing. The first time was in the bar . My daughter went up to the bar to ask for the bill and no-one bothered to attend to her. So we decided to sort it in the morning. The second time was early in the morning we were leaving. I had settled up the night before and told them this. We went out to our taxi and the man came out after us saying there were things outstanding- there weren't-and my daughter had to go back in. They did apologise, but it's not good enough.
Styling of hotel, staff, food was good for breakfast and in the Grill bar. Breakfast served from 6am so suited marathon plans to eat early and copious amounts.
No complaints at all
we were offered bottled water when checking out.
Although I arrived long before the due check in time, the staff members were really helpful, Although I couldn't go to my room at the time, I was given advice about when this would be possible and what to do in the meantime. All staff members very welcoming.
Staff knew the hotel very well and went out of their way to find me a quiet room even without my requesting it! Location was perfectly situated in the city ... on the river, close to shopping, yet quiet enough to still get some sleep! The staff was just great ... All smiles and a genuine desire to make my stay better!
Parking is a bit of a chore at first, but the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful about the matter. Once they walked me though it, it was no issue at all.
One of the girls at the desk was very nice and very helpful!. She was black I believe. I don't know her name The male room attendants were very good when we needed something brought or repaired in our room. Kinda a short friendly guy
Two other desk girls they were white, were rather snobby and not helpful. Almost rude
-Location -Friendly, but not in your face -Clean -Modern -Breakfast
-For repeat clients & prepaid clients, a credit card to block charges. -Only IRE and UK electrical outlets.
Hotel looks great and is very clean and stylish. Location is brilliant.
Cookies on arrival great idea but as I require gluten free were no use to me. Our room had recently been painted and the smell of paint was really strong. Also the room was way too hot and you couldn't open the window as our room was above the foyer area. Therefore we didn't sleep well at all.
Breakfast til 12
Service when having breakfast was quite poor. I had to ask for tea and toast, which I think she be offered as soon as we arrive. The toast didn't come and had to ask again. Had to ask for soda bread as the bread shelf had not been properly filled. Room view was awful
