Closeness to the rds concert venue ,no need for taxi service and a pleasant experience at an affordable price Bathroom has no ventilation and in time this has lead to a stale smell. |

Close proximity to RDS and easy access to town for shopping and for seeing the city. Nice location. We found it difficult to find perhaps better instructions for locating the hotel and a better more detailed map sent by email of the location. |

The room was airy, there was a problem with the heating but it was quickly resolved and the staff were polite and helpful. Great bathroom with good water pressure, and storage space including an iron and hair dryer. Excellent transport links with the dart rail and a short walk (10 mins approx.) to some main bus routes. The menu was very limited for vegetarian options in that pasta was the only dinner choice and we did not eat at the hotel as a result. The tap water in the room was not drinkable and there was no opportunity to purchase large bottles of water from the hotel so we bought some from outside it. |

The hotel was excellent, very clean well run and all the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. Nothing seemed to be a bother to them. It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel |

Hotel was very comfortable, staff friendly, excellent for concert weekends and especially when the bar staff remind you that you can still get sandwiches at 11.30pm! Disappointing that the breakfast was buffet style, expensive at 30e for the 2 of us |

Quiet neighbourhood, location central. Beds comfortable. Room decor v tired. worn carpet, cheap wood furnishing, plastic veneer bubbling and lifting from table surface. Poor insulation between rooms, people in room above easily heard walking about. |

Very convenient for access to the city. The rooms were quiet, private and reasonably spacious. There was a good car parking and it was reasonably secure. We would have preferred a better setting in which to eat an evening meal that was without noise (television or music) with more comfortable and appropriate seating than the bar. |

Ample parking space, a well assorted bar, friendly staff, good TV selection. The bath room was cramped and the toilet seat could not stay up, the shower was hard to control for the right temperature, internet should be free |

the room was spacious and bed comfortable,we also liked the decor. The hotel is in a peaceful location yet only 10 mins from the city centre. we decided to have breakfast elsewhere as 15 euros each seemed expensive. |
