The room was clean, large and located in a quiet area of the hotel. I was pleasently supprised as I have stayed at this hotel before but not all of the rooms are the same standard. The location is excellent for the town with access to all of the main roads to & from Letterkenny. Breakfast was good. Also has a good lively bar. |

The staff were very friendly & allowed us to check in early; also gave us a room surrounded by other families so there wasn't much noise after 9pm. The shower door came apart whilst I was showering; my daughter had just been taken out of the bath, if it had fallen on her she'd have been injured very badly. |

The food and service in both the restaurant and bar. The price of accommodation at the hotel reception was very expensive when compared with this website. |

Most of the staff were very friendly 7 helpful, which makes a stay in a hotel more comforting. As we had children on our trip we would have been lost without the swimming pool & arm bands!! The Bar food was delicious, the reception area was relaxing. Terry who served us our breakfast was extremely helpful & friendly. On our last morning at breakfast we were greeted by a very rude, unhelpful & abrupt lady, which was disappointing as everyone else had been so friendly. We had bar food on our first night & as it was enjoyable we found it was extremely expensive, way too over priced. There was also a strong smell of dampness in the halls. |

We have a young family so the pool was the main attraction for us,you have to be prepared for bad weather, a must in the entertainment side. The staff were nice and friendly. Comfy stay Not much of a wow factor to the hotel. Carpets from the lift to bedrooms could do with a steam clean or replacing. Good distance from town |

Excellent hotel in terms of staff and food. Welcoming, helpful and friendly. Both evening meals and breakfast service were excellent. Bed was comfortable and windows opened in both bedroom and bathroom so temperature easier to regulate than most hotels. The bathroom needed updating badly as shower tap was broken, bath had a section where enamel was broken and ceiling had a large damp area where a leak had not been repaired above the shower head. In general the furniture in the public areas of the hotel (restaurant seats and some in reception area in particular) were long overdue for replacement. |

Good food, plenty of parking, pleasant staff. Decor a little drab and worn. Carpets looked tired, particularly in corridors. |

The staff were friendly and helpfull! I booked a twin room and got a double which was very small and the shower didnt work! There was a wedding and extremely noisey late in2 the night. Guests not at wedding should have been put in different part of the hotel. |
