The lady on breakfast on Friday morning was very friendly. Also the meal I had in the bar the night before was gorgeous. Lots of parking available. Beside two roundabouts and it was very very noisey. The window in my room didnt close fully. The hallways were very dated and old. The room had chipped paint on the ceiling in a big area. The bathrooms were clean but missing lots of grout and things between the tiles, some tiles were chipped. Overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway.

the swimming pool and spa are fantastic!! theres also a childrens pool! and the hotel is very children friendly!!, the main bar in the mount Errigal is large but has a cosy feeling and very welcoming! and we did a lot of shopping which was only 10 mins away by foot! the T.v. in our room wasnt tunned in and we had to ask 3 time to have it looked at! in honesty the hotel was very very busy on that nite, finally a porter came to have a look at it but couldnt fix it! ,Hotel staff were very sorry for any inconvinience caused, and so we had a cosy nite in the bar!!

Hotel staff extremely efficient and helpful. Travelled with two small children so requests such as cots, extra towels etc were no problem. The choice of food is great - restuarant, bar food or bistro type buffet.

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Good location and clean. We ate in the carvery and the restaurant while there and couldn't fault the quality, value and service. We stayed in room 355 and there was an air conditioning unit or something like it outside our window so room was noisy during the night when trying to sleep. The hotel is clean but could do with being updated a little.

Check inn was quick and easy, staff were very welcoming and friendly.great atmosphere about the hotel and ideally situated for letterkenny town center ( 5 mins in taxi).

Nice family hotel kids loved the pool great choice of bar snacks. I had booked a family room for 2 adults and 4 kids when we got to room it was only a double room so because hotel was fully booked they had to put camp beds in the room thank goodness only staying for one night as we were very cramped!!! Also we should have been given discount due to this but we were offered nothing!!!!

The bedroom was a disgrace it felt like there no mattress on the bed just a sheet over the bed the only other thing covering us was a throw which is used by everyone very unhygenic we were kept awake all night by pigeons outside the window. We wont be back

Staff were all very friendly and helpful particularly at reception. As an E.G. my son left his car keys behind and didn't realise until the following day. Rang hotel and they had them and have immediatelr arranged to send them by courier....5* Service.
