good food the staff were unfriendly and in particular the bar staff when i pay a price witch i would say to be a high price for a hotel i exspect the staff to treat me with a friendly aditude |

The staff were friendly and helpfull! I booked a twin room and got a double which was very small and the shower didnt work! There was a wedding and extremely noisey late in2 the night. Guests not at wedding should have been put in different part of the hotel. |

Large Room away from road, Swimming Pool Restaurant was too impersonal if reccomending hotel I would reccomend they eat out. |

Nice Hotel with good facilities although just a little to far out of the town, I probably would have been better staying in a hotel in the town centre as I spent alot on taxis. The heat of the room was unbearable. |

The carpark? On arrival the reception staff did not look me in the eye once. I felt I was interrupting their conversation when I approached the desk. When I was leaving, I was not asked how my stay was, nor was I thanked. Not to worry, I won't be staying there again! Bar was impossible to get served in despite the best efforts of the 4 staff that were there, catering for a wedding party also. Poor management. |

Friendly Welcome On Arrival. Wasn't pestered by staff either, just let you get on with it. Breakfast was good. Couple of minor niggles. Lock on bathroom door was broken. A tile was loose along the bath. Other than those wee things not really. |

the tiredness of the rooms, the mould around the bath, the poor shower, the poor bed, the noise of wedding guests going on to past 3.00am need I say more |
