The staff were very efficient without been in your face. Any request was seen to. The facilities were second to none. |

I found the hotel to be pleasant, relaxed and in a great natural area ! However, I was dissapointed when there that there were no spa, tennis or swimming facilities which I was led to believe. If this would have been available, then the weekend would have been excellent. Staff were great |

Beautiful and quiet location. I had a very comfortable room with large en-suite bathroom. Well priced, with a full breakfast menu included. |

Walked around the resort and canal We found all hotel staff very friendly and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others (or even return ourselves) |

The staff were extremely friendly and willing to help. Room was not very clean, needed vacuuming and bathroom cleaning. As this stay was for valentines day, I called ahead to make sure there was a menu suitable for vegetarians, I was assured there was, upon arrival there were no vegetarian dishes at all (even on room service), the kitchen staff prepared a dish but a three course meal became one. |

Suite avec vue directe sur le parking de l'hotel, mais était ce vraiment une suite !! / portes des chambres qui se referment automatiquement en claquant, d'ou un réveil assuré dés le départ du premier client du matin / porte-manteaux en fil de fer torsadés façon pressing |
