Nothing we didn"t like
Restaurant food was fantastic. Staff were superb, very welcoming and friendly.
I did not have chance to try/use the facilities. :(
The evening meal was just ok and very highly overpriced would not eat their again
Lovely friendly staff on desk bar staff not as friendly maybe as younger but otherwise had a lovely stay food great
Not much to dislike only bar staff bit grumpy
Everything was super. Excellent size room. Food was great. Leisure centre was nice and pool and changing rooms were warm not like a lot of hotels we stay in.
Only negative was the Very very bad and slow wifi. Wifi is important to us because we have young kids that like to watch Netflix.
Hotel was warm and welcoming. Cot set up was excellent. Staff were all good, breakfast very good
All good, no negative points to note
Good food at reasonable prices, very good bedrooms and very friendly staff.
Having to leave.
very Comfortable, warm and cosy, relaxing atmosphere good food, friendly staff, beautifully decorated for christmas.
Everything, lovely staff from girls at reception to waiting staff, food, room, most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, beautiful breakfast, I asked for the heating to be turned up and it was seen to immediately, the buzz around the place, could not fault anything, we attended a wedding for 280 people here, all I will say is (as a very fussy eater), if I'd paid for the meal we got, I would still be raving about it.....well worth a visit !
There was nothing not to like, the only possible downside is if you were going to town, it's definitely a taxi ride, but that didn't affect us, and I'm pretty sure the taxis are plentiful around mullingar....
Very expensive room rate (E150 )for a very standard room.
Layout and friendliness of staff were standout features. Breakfast was excellent. Leisure centre very good/very clean and staff very helpful.
Stain on duvet cover.
The friendly and very helpful staff. It's a great location
Difficult to find. Not easy to see the name from the road. Needs a large hotel sign viewable from the road.
Restaurant. Cleanliness of hotel. How modern it was
LEISURE FACILITIES food - a lovely breakfast Staff were very friendly and relaxed Could walk to town
Lobby area and function room were nice open areas. Nice breakfast room and breakfast was tasty.
Grouchy barman never engaged in conversation. Stood at stared at you all for your order never asked for it. Only words uttered was the price of the drinks. No please or thank you all day he was just rude. Toilets long way from function room.
We had a lovely clean big room also bathroom was lovely and clean it was lovely to have a choice of some green tea chocolate drink coffee I liked the tea lovely taste also to have some bottled water every morn thank you i
We had a meal in restaurant in evening but we were waiting to long for it we liked the bar food that was lovely it would have been good to have a bus service from hotel to town and back
Super clean rooms, lovely bed linen, superb breakfast, really helpful and efficient staff.
Pool and gym area very nice
Location wasn't great beside main road
Staff very friendly
Lack of A/C
This was possibly the best place we stayed throughout our entire trip through the UK
Had trouble finding the hotel - the signs on the surrounding roads are not very visible or clear as to where to go.
Excellent staff Excellent breakfast Large car park Good location easy found
Uncomfortable pillows Shower controls work the opposite way round
Dinner in dining room very nice on Sathurday nite
When we came down for breakfast at 8am we were asked to wait in foyer for few minutes
The bar staff were all great particularly Gary, who is a lovely man.
The hawker who has been allowed to put that useless computer in the foyer
