Everything.... Location was great... Very comfortable beds etc.... Breakfast was terrific.... They couldn't do enough for you...
The place, the great breakfast, and the nice people.
Mary and her staff were always very pleasant, helpful, friendly and efficient which made our 3 day stay very comfortable indeed!
Breakfast was nice Room was big and spacious (family room) Family was really nice and welcoming
Parking was a little tight with all the cars. Wifi didn't work in our room, one of the big reasons we book hotels, is the kids go to bed early and we can use the internet. Only could use wifi in the dining room or living room.
Beautiful farm setting, and friendly hosts.
Spiders in the room, and a very narrow, and tall staircase to reach our room.
Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Ran out of hot water, so couldn't take a shower in the morning. Although they did give me a discount when I informed them of this.
Mary and her family were wonderful! We truly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Murphy's. We had 2 young children who enjoyed seeing the cows and our room was perfect for our family of 4.
Location and cleanliness
Food and availability to restaurant.
Comfortable, homey & peaceful. Everything we expect from a top rate B&B!
Fantastic nights sleep in the most comfortable bed. It was a pleasure to meet mrs murphy & some of her family.
Incredibly accomodating family that runs this B&B. They went out of their way numerous times to ensure that our stay was amazing. The family operates a local pub as well, and we encountered some amazing and lovely people there as well. Our group was invited to sing at the pub! We had an amazing time and HATED to leave!!!
1. Very friendly staff. 2. Very clean and comfortable apartments. 3. Very nice and fabulous pub nearby. 4. We really liked this place.
1. We stayed there only for one night, wish we could more. :) 2. Almost no Wi-Fi.
Mrs. Murphy was a wonderful host. The location is very good and the farmhouse is spotless and extremely comfortable.
WiFi was sporadic - but that's fine...we were on vacation....
I was traveling with my two adult daughters. Our room was spacious, quiet, clean, and the beds very comfortable. The decor of the whole house was inviting. Breakfasts were delicious and the food plentiful. Our hostess and her staff were friendly and helpful.
A nice friendly family run business in a nice rural area. A short walk to a nice local Pub there you can get light meals... Breakfast was very good
problems with internet conection
My sister from Malaysia said it was her dream home. Our two rooms were very spacious and warm.
Poor WiFi reception in one of pur rooms.
Friendly & relaxed atmosphere.
There was a scheduled power cut in the morning, which the owner forgot to mention to us. We could have planned around it better for showers, drying hair and charging phones etc, had we been told in advance.
Located in a picturesque village, Murphy's farmhouse offers the perfect get-away place for people looking for peace and quiet. We received a warm Irish welcome on arrival with tea and cakes, and our 3 night stay there was memorable. Our bedroom (room 1) had the mountain views and waking up in the morning to the sound of the birds after a good night's sleep was the ideal start to the day. The room was very comfortable with all modern amenities available to the guests. After a hearty breakfast we were ready to explore the beautiful area of Kerry and Dingle peninsula. They were one of the most beautiful places we have ever visited in our travels. Highly recommended.
As a minor issue, the WiFi reception was not good enough in large parts of our room. In the days before WiFi, this would not have been even mentioned!!
The friendly people and the good atmosphere made it to our perfect first trip to Ireland! We´ll come back!
Mrs. Murphy and her family were fantastic. This was by far our best experience on holiday. The little village is very remote but perfect for relaxing. The room had a king sized bed, little sitting area, vanity area and large en suite. The decorations were absolutely perfect. Super clean and updated. Hair dryer worked very well. Mrs. Murphy is a fantastic cook! So much food for only 6 euros. The Murphy's Bar down the road was like out of a movie set: exactly what you picture in a traditional Irish Pub. My husband went on a run in the morning up the mountain just behind the house. Beautiful views. I cannot say enough nice things about this B&B!! A MUST STAY!!!!!!!!!
We couldn't get the WiFi to work. I'm not sure if it was just my computer or not. Other guests seemed to be fine with it.
Very friendly and accommodating staff, very clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast
not pretentious - a real farm setting. Close to an excellent Pub (also called Murphy's) for supper.
Stayed we were attending a funeral in the area very comfortable room mrs murphy and staff very nice . Very convient
Mrs. Murphy is the most gracious hostess. The house is beautiful and amazingly clean and tidy. The wall paper and matching drapes are elegant. The full Irish Breakfast complete with menus was delicious. She called into town to find us an open restaurant for dinner. Her son took us out back to the dairy the next day introduce my daughter to the cows, calves and the beautiful Limousin bull. It was one of the highlights of her trip. Highly recommend Murphy's !!
