It was just an ordenary city hotel, nothing special Did not like having to leave my car keys with the parking attendent. The air conditionig was so noisy I had to turn it off in order to sleep. The air vent in the bathroom was very dirty. |

Centrally located, easy access to the river and to town and transport routes. Was noisy first thing in the morning but then what do you expect in a city centre? Clean, smart decor and pleasant staff. Large room, comfy bed. |

The location was excellent, just round the corner from where the airport shuttle bus drops you off and just a 5 min walk to O'Connell st Cleaning staff constantly trying to get in the room, you really need to use your 'don't disturb' sign. |

This hotel is next to the train station so there was a lot of noise until around midnight. The hotel is further north of the city centre so be prepared to walk if you are going to be out late. This was also the first hotel to charge to hold baggage for us...3 euro per bag |

Central to everything that you would want to do - shopping, bite to eat, concerts, train home. There was no real customer service from the staff. |

Was not impressed with the hotel at all The 'Standard' Room is far below par, they are situated at the old part of the hotel and right next to a train line, very noisey and building shook when train passed by every 30 mins |

It's easy to get to with the Luas transport system and comfy beds. The decor in the room was a bit dated but not a major issue. |

The room had been booked for 3 people staying. Unfortunately the room that was booked for us was not available as there had to be work done to it so the we were put into a room with one double bed and one single. We were given a free bottle of wine to compensate for this which I thought was very thoughful of the staff as we all had a comfortable enough stay. |

Generally the whole experience was wonderful. I have no complaints and would without a second thought stay at this hotel again. The hotel was very nice and great value. The hotel staff were exceptional and a credit to the hotel management. |

The hotel was situated in a great place for shopping. Staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel was across the road from connolly train station and the room we had was unfortunate because whenever the trains went overhead our room seemed to shake and the noise was very loud. |

Room (executive) was nice and big and quiet. We facing the back of the hotel so we could not hear the train near the hotel. Good location for sightseeing and especially for airport connection with Airlink. Towels were old and grey. Sheets were not changed during 4 nights stay. |

Location was nice. About a 5-10min walk to Temple Bar District and shopping centers. The hotel staff were rude. There were dirty towels and used soap in the bathroom prior to us checking in. We were blamed for that. My shower's hot water wasn't working and instead of offering me a room to shower in or discounting my room rate, they offered me buffet breakfast. Rooms advertised via webiste were not presented to us. |

location near city centre, all interesting points reachable by walking; advice for tours by concierge; size of the room; possibility to leave luggage early (pre-check-in) the receptionist didn't check us in although she had time enough to do the "paperwork" immediately. Friendliness of receptionist could be improved. |

Comfortable room, good value breakfast, central to shops and transport facilities and helpful, friendly staff. Children under 12 should not have been charged full price of E75 per night. |
