We had a very enjoyable weekend stay. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We arrived about an hour before the room was to be ready for us but the receptionist made a quick call and the room was ready - no problem. We only ate breakfast in the hotel but it was excellent. All in all - very good indeed. |

I stayed for one night only and found the hotel very convenient to train and bus stations. It was also very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were most courteous. |

The location is ideal situated opposite Connolly Station and a 2 min walk to the Central Bus Station (airport bus). It is also near to the IFSC. The city (O'Connell Street) is a 15min walk away. Ideal to explore the city. The breakfast was ok (cereals, some sliced fruit, egg, bacon, sausage, beans, black/white pudding, toast, spreads and yoghurt) but I would have liked some danish or croissant, too. The bed was unevenly hard/soft which gave me some pain in my shoulder and back, the shower head couldnt be turned so a bit of water ended up in the bath rather than on me. |

I had stayed here before and went back because its located pretty well, train station is right across the road (and with it taxi rank) so very easy to get around. Also we booked a normal room but when we arrived we were given one of the premier rooms (dont know why). |

The first room we were given was a standard room, as booked although their idea of standard is what I would call "budget". The room was very tired, the walls were damp and generally just smelled musty and un-clean. We did move to a re-furbished room which was lovely, but for an extra charge of 30 euros per night - the pictures on booking.com are only for the newly refurbished rooms, and therefore do not create a true picture of the hotel. |

The window was broken and we could not close it. This wouldn't have been too bad if it weren't for the hoards of drunk, screaming and shouting residents in the hotel apartments who seemed to take it in turns to gather at the back of the hotel and hurl abuse at each other between 2am and 4.30am. This included a man threatening to burn all of his partners clothes, another group singing football chants etc etc. Sleep was impossible. |

We enjoyed our stay there, the Hotel was spotless and the breakfast was delicious. The car park facility was very good also. only the fact that a small stairs had to be climbed to reach Reception |

Friendly staff and good location. We enjoyed McCoys Pub. There was a unpleasant smell when first entering the hotel, however that soon disappeared when moving on upstairs. |
