The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The reception staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The hotel was satisfactory however the bar resembled a locals bar, not what you would expect from a hotel bar. The friends I was with felt uncomfortable and did not want to stay there. There were cables sticking out through windows and walls. It needs work to put things right. |

Friendly and prompt service coupled with a comfortable and clean room made this overnight stay a pleasant one. The water wasn't warm enough for any kind of an enjoyable shower. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Reasonable value for money. Great location for rail, tram and bus. WiFi proved to be expensive and unreliable. Photos of the hotel are a little deceiving but not completely inaccurate. |

The Hotel is very near the city center and has good restaurant because open late In the room of the hotel the bath tapeworm It had to broken shower with very little water. |

the staff were friendly and helpful location was quite good we stopped in the old part of the hotel so it is difficult to rate the whole hotel. I found our room small and noisy due to been at the side of a railway bridge. I also found the the internet pictures of the hotel a little miss leading. |

The Concierge was wonderful and knew where everything was. Our room was lovely and spacious. My First impression was that the hotel was very standard, It seem more comtemprary in the photos on the website. The Reception staff were very unhelpful, i will not be returning to the hotel. I thought it was very expensive for the what looked to be like a 2 star hotel. We were told the Hotle was very central when infact it was not very central at all. |

the building was very secure the beds were past their prime, the room was freezing and the house keeping removed our key card which was powering the ancient heater while we were out, the front desk person actually asked to come back later to reserve our hotel shuttle! |
