Comfortable bed Clean tidy room Good facilities Central location Good restaurant(Gettigans)
Fantastic location right opposite Connelly station, 5-10 min walk to temple bar etc. can also get taxis really easily at train station. Great food and fantastic staff!
Lovely decor. Tastey luch in the restaurant.
Excellent location. The staff were so friendly and professional. The room was perfect. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed everything, it was perfect. Couldn't fault anything. We'l definitely be back. Thank you :-)
The rooms where comfortable, it was relaxing and the sweats with tea and coffee was a nice addition.
initially room was very compact but got upgraded. The trains are noisy so ensure room is at the back of the hotel and not facing Connolly station. car park staff quite rude.
Location - opposite railway station and in walking distance to the downtown Breakfast - good (but you pay extra)
Overpriced - not a value for money WiFi - not working second day; reporting more than 200 sessions (?) whatever it means Bed was a bit too narrow
it was handy to the centre of everything, nice room & breakfast
good location, informative staff, Large comfy beds, Spacious rooms, easy for transport links from the hotel.
the Wi fi didn't work in the room
This hotel was fab...handy to everything...and the bed was the most comfortable bed i've ever slept in a hotel....would highly recommend....
Noise of trains Bathroom a but grubby
The bed, the room, the balcony, the location
Aircon was damaged and wasn't working properly but we didn't notice until the night unfortunately besides a really hot room everything else was perfect! Very nice hotel excellent value amazing location!
Having to come home.
The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.
Location, comfort, staff, cleanliness
This hotel made our time in Dublin perfect! Staff are so helpful and we had a very beautiful room with balcony and a lovely bathroom! So pleased with our stay! We will be returning again next year
I like it all but the best things was when they upgraded us to the Oscar wilde suite in was lovely
Nothing comes to mind so nothing
Location - right next to the train and bus station so easy access from airport and across Dublin. Walking distance (approx 15 mins) to town centre. Staff - Were friendly and welcoming Room - Was very clean and updated The pillows were a bit hard for my personal taste. We were also at the back of the hotel in the furthest upstairs room so practically no noise.
Amenities - Fridge in room didn't work and the sauna needs to be turned on and given time to warm up. Despite complying with the request to give them 30 minutes notice for use of the sauna I don't believe they turned it on promptly and it certainly wasn't anywhere near sauna heat when I tried to use it. Train tracks do run over the hotel so depending on what room you have there may be the chance of some noise. However this is trains entering or leaving the station so they are travelling slowly and the noise would be minimal.
It was nice and quiet And staff very friendly.
I was disappointed in the size of the room for a premier room. I thought it was very expensive for what we got.
Brilliant rooms, comfy bed. Friendly staff and great location.
The staff in all departments were very friendly and helpful at all times.
I will return rooms clean and comfy, bathroom was a lightly neglected with age but still fine. Staff are ok, not particularly friendly when leaving, you expect to be asked how your stay was .... just silence :-/ good location a comfortable 10-15 walk to temble bar and shops, shuttle service was great.... driver was so funny and gave us a few tips!
The location next to the railway station with its excellent transport links could not have been handier. It was great to be able to leave our suitcase there and go about our business and have it in so convenient position for our return journey. The staff are delightful and the food is excellent.
