Had to leave
No lift to first floor with much luggage
everything, this is about the 4th or 5th time I have stayed at this hotel, I have never been disappointed with any of the rooms I have stayed in, nor with the staff. The breakfast is excellent and so are the meals in the adjoining restaurant.
I had to come home, would have loved to stay a few more days x
size rooms service wifi hygiene night food facilities minibar noisy accommodation
Free wifi was a bit intermittant, shower pressure was very poor, more like a dripping tap!
On arrival staff we so friendly, our room was spotless and location was excellect
Very clean and cozy
Upgrade to a complimentary suite was very nice, hotel was clean and staff were friendly
Communication while parking my car, takes keys of you on arrival didn't like that as had to clear belongings in my car, give me the wrong keys of a vehicle departure someone could have been away in my car vice versa
quite expensive staying with kids.
Lovely hotel, friendly staff, room was very comfortable and clean. Really enjoyed my stay here.
I was told that the carpark was monitored 24hrs a day but when I went to pick up my car the attendant was not there and I had to wait 25 minutes before he returned and got no apology
Restaurant is OK.
Room was really bad, I would not even expect such room from 1 star hotel. Beds were uncomfortable, toilet looked like a public toilet, very disgusting. I had a "suite" in this hotel and was terrible, i can't imagine how terrible normal rooms are. I stay around 80 or more nights a year in hotels and this was really the worst room i stayed in in last 12 months. Just book something else! Location is not good either.
just 10 minutes walking distance from the city center rooms are ralatively large wit a small balcony clean and quiet
value for money is questionable not a real 4star hotel with all the expected facilities
Nice decor and style Welcoming staff View and big screen doors Very large comfy bed
No robes or slippers Mini bar was not stocked Bathroom needed a little TLC It might have been nice to be informed of the rail tracks- noise not too bad though
Loved the free upgrade ( very kind) the 7th floor rooms are class.
Very clean and practical for business trip. I was given a free upgrade to a premier suite which was a nice surprise!
The breakfast room in the basement was hot, busy and stuffy
Airport shuttle missing...the hotel has immediately reimbursed the taxi
Airport shutlle never arrived No place available at breakfast time
The location for us was great as we travelled to Dublin by train which was just across the street. The tram system was just opposite the hotel which was a great way to move around the city. The hotel staff where very helpful the hotel was clean and the decor was good. The small restaurant was good and had daily specials on every day of the week. We where upgraded to a suite which was lovely and spacious and had all we required. The breakfast in the morning was great loads of choice and everything you could want.
The shower in the room was not great and the force from it was poor. There didn't appear to be a fan operating when the shower was on and the room was very steamy.
We upgraded to the Premier suite with a balcony....The bed was amazing and we enjoyed a lovely drink on the balcony each evening!! Really did make the trip perfect.
The staff tried to make up for the bad situation but the building itself was terrible.
The first room was very tiny. The air conditioner leaked all over the floor so we moved to the last available room in the hotel. We told the manager that was fine, but noticed after we moved that there was no air conditioner at all. The manager stated that there is no air conditioning in this room, they wanted to keep it in it's "original state". So the staff gave us 2 electric fans for the night. The bathtub was so narrow that I had trouble positioning my feet so as to not to fall (I'm only 5'4" tall). The manager and staff tried to make up for the problems with the building but I would never stay here again. Thank heaven we only had to stay one night. The building is a mess!!!!!!!
Noise from the train outside our window
Good facilities, including restaurant.
Breakfast was a bit pricey.
Location is perfect, handy for airport, luas, train. Rooms are super clean and a good size. Nice big beds.
The room was about 28 degrees! There was an aircon unit that when turned to full chill didn't do anything. The window could not be left open because of the proximity to the train line. I've stayed here a few times, the rooms used to have a choice of movies on the tv which was great, just the standard dozen or so channels now.
Excellent air conditioning; good food and excellent service from on-site bar
Standard double rooms a touch on the small side; some noise from adjacent rooms
Sean behind the bar is exceptional. Best margueritas & oh yes beer pulling, adapting to Aussie wanting cold beer glass. Deanna made our decision to stay 2 nights with her easy charm. Room was big, comfy, quiet at night (trains no problem) we used gym ..good. Car parking easy, attendants friendly & obliging. All round we were refreshed & ready to tackle Ireland .
Stuff very helpful . Room very clean . Breakfast very good .bed very comfortable
The bathroom floor needs grouting very bad . Room and bathroom needs more light . Balcony tiles very bad condition . A long walk to the centre especially at night going back to hotel
