Amazing room with view
Tv only has a few channels The restaurants food was awful we cudnt eat the pie and chips were covered in oil. Staff were very apologetic and discounted our bill. We attemped to eat there again and same thing happened and we arent particularly fussy
We arrived early to this stunning hotel with the intentions of dropping our bags off and exploring the city whilst we waited for the check in time of 2pm- however as we arrived we were told that they had a room ready for us, and we had also been upgraded to a premier king suite! The room was incredible, the bed was so unbelievably comfy I was sure I would never get out. Each day our room was cleaned to perfection. It really was an amazing experience. Breakfast was also a bonus! A lovely selection, staff were really helpful and there was even a pancake machine. Staff at this hotel were also so polite, kind and helpful. I cannot wait to recommend this to everyone, and better yet to return.
The hotel is at a convenient location to visit any attractions either going by foot or taking the LUAS (tram). The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. It was an enjoyable stay in Dublin.
clean, affordable, nice and newer
The staff were friendly whenever you walked through the door, it was great. Room was kind of small to the last room we had and the bathroom was just tiny.
The bath taps didn't work and I love my baths so I had to switch the shower on for 20minutes to fill up the bath. The bathroom was quite small. And so was the room.
Location, Staff, fabulous room, atmosphere... Everything!
superb in every way.staff generous with their time and happy to spend time with you.food in hotel excellent and breakfast the best I've eaten.
great location for us comfy rooms, great service
It was central, they had a carpark (expensive, but it beats finding a spot on the street) there is a restaurant attached to it that serves good food.
The room is very modern, which felt a bit cold to me. But that just comes down to taste!
We were there for a concert in march. one of the girls lost her footing and went over on her ankle. Staff were brilliant when this happened. Made sure she was comfortable in the room as she couldnt make the concert they helped in anyway possible.
Breakfast- amazing choice
Location was relatively convenient. Taxi rank and station opposite hotel. Friendly staff. Hotel bar was nice.
Hotel looked great in the photos but in reality the plush wall paper and furniture upholstery masked an out of date hotel. It smelled damp and musky in areas. If you put on the aircon to heat the room it smelled of stale smoke. Our room was on level one, but to get to it we had to go up to level 2 and then down another set of stairs at the rear of hotel. Shower was not particularly powerful. Walking into the main part of town required going through a rougher area. No nice pubs, restaurants or shops nearby.
Rang for room service and never came
Location and the friendliest of the staff
A little expensive & lack of snacks in the club room, biscuits only.
Stayed for a couple of nights for a concert at the 3Arena and some tourism. Was a great location from the 3Arena, about 15 mins walk and about 5 mins in the opposite direction takes you to the middle of O'Connell Street.
Excellent location and friendly staff.
Room service mix up but offered to assist as soon as it was highlighted.
Short break for concert at the arena. Great links to city as opposite station. Two stops from arena yet a short walk to Connelly street. Brillant hotel, great breakfast.
Chamber maids a little noisy and busy at 7.30am!
Quiet location, wonderfully comfortable bed - I slept like a baby!! Decent breakfast choice.
10Euro Charge for a 1 hr late checkout was a bit mean, some noise from other residents but not too bad.
Comfortable bed Clean tidy room Good facilities Central location Good restaurant(Gettigans)
Great location, ideal work to the centre.Lovely restaurant and very friendly staff.
But.....The shower was shocking considering power showers were supposed to be all rooms. When showering water ended up all over the floor making it slippy. The window seemed like it didn't close properly therefor it being noisy at night.Gym needs to be updated.Dont think it was priced correctly for what we paid.
Fantastic location right opposite Connelly station, 5-10 min walk to temple bar etc. can also get taxis really easily at train station. Great food and fantastic staff!
Very friendly staff Good food
early morning train noise
Lovely decor. Tastey luch in the restaurant.
Small room, shower lacked pressure, aircon did not work, curtains would not close completely. At €189 per night without breakfast very expensive. Not four star.
Excellent location. The staff were so friendly and professional. The room was perfect. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed everything, it was perfect. Couldn't fault anything. We'l definitely be back. Thank you :-)
