スタッフがいい加減である。 はっきり言って不満である。日本人の方には絶対お勧めしない。日本円に換算してこの値段を出せばもっときちんとしているべきと思った。隣の部屋が騒がしく、朝４時頃大騒ぎしていて目が覚めた。１時間位続き、途中でフロントに電話しても全く応答なし。隣の会話が良く聞こえる。チェックアウトの際にも金額についてBooking.comの予約コピーを見せないと全く分かっていない様子。カード決済もユーロ建を勝手に、無断で円建てに変えられており、不利なレートを適用されて損をした。受付は頭があまりよくない。 |

Just the location I was woken by the train as the rail tracks were next to my window, the building was also vibrating very time the train went by especially the reception area and the train went by about every 20 minutes or there about. There was hairs all over the room, the funitures were dusty, there was literally no decent channelson the television, not even CNN or Sky news, extremely poor |

Very central Noise from traffic and trains. Pictures on site is from the Premier Club Suites, not from the standard rooms available to book. |

Not really, too much trouble over the television not working, it took an hour to be moved to a different room, and personally thought it was a little expensive |

Romm was well equiped and to a good standard. The range of movies available was excellent. There is a convience sop just next to the hotel which is handy for buying water & snaks etc. I was given a room at the front of the hotel so the noise from the trains (Connolly Station is just across the road from the hotel) work me early next morning. Food in the restaraunt was just average. My starter which was supposed to be fish goujons were the worst food I have tasted in a long time. Main course steak was fine but veg overcooked. |

The hotel is too close to the train line and train station, trains were passing outside our window through the night making this difficult to sleep. Also your website stated I would pay for 2 nights and have the third free, the third night was charged for on my receipt. |
