Location and style of hotel were very good. Room more than adequate. Choice of food in the evening was fair value for money and breakfast was also of a good standard, Smokers around doors smoke wafting in. |

Ease of access from airport and friendliness of people Given room in most distant wing of hotel, probably because of a large group of Germans staying there, despite my making the online reservation months ago. At the time we had lots of luggage and there were no carts or any assistance in getting to the room. Wi-Fi in room did not work, teapot did not work. Accomodations otherwise were fine. |

De room was large, with a comfortable bed en very good chairs in it. De facilities in the room, tv furniture en coffee facilities including de taste of the coffee were very good. The bath room was clean but not very up to date. |

We found that the hotel was of a good standard, comfortable and warm with a good breakfast, all for a very competitive rate. I certainly would stay at the hotel again. We did not like the fact that the restaurant was only available on Saturday nights. At other times, all meals had to be taken in the bar. Though I marked our room as clean, the carpet was not vacuumed over the 4 nights of our stay. |

Close to airport. Very friendly staff. Hotel actually held 2 suitcases for me for two nights while I traveled to Paris. Great breakfast. |

I love the fact that you made me welcome by having my name on the TV screen when I entered. The wake up call was via the TV. I was only there one night, so didn't have much time to find anything negative. |
