Eat downstairs in the Gourmet Pub, try the seafood stew! The rooms are comfortable and tastefully designed. Even though the pub downstairs can get noisy on a Saturday night, the rooms are set well back from the Bar area and we couldn't hear a thing. There isn't a view out the window but being in the center of town it can't be expected.

Very convenient location, the staff were really friendly. We had a small baby with us and they were very helpful, even binging out a bouncer so we could enjoy our breakfast.

The location is the main attraction of this property. It is right in the heart of Kenmare. The service was somewhat impersonal. On arrival we were handed our key at the bar service hatch and told that the room was upstairs. I expected a more personal service in a B&B. Their reputation was redeemed by the woman who served us breakfast and checked us out.

The room was an excellent size. bed very comfortable. Ample wardrobe and drawer space. great size ensuite. Cannot fault the accomodation. The breakfasts were excellent and cooked to our requirements and the meals in the main bar were very good. It is actually a guest house above a pub. we had to go to the public bar to book in. There was no other option. Staff were busy and seemed much more intersted in serving drinks and food to the public. rooms are only accessible by stairs. Not ideal with heavy suitcases. Parking for a maximum of 2 or 3 cars otherwise you will get blocked in and there appears to be no way of knowing who owns what car as registrations were not taken.
