It was an ideal location, right in the center of things ie pubs, shops and beautiful little tea rooms/coffee shops. The staff were excellent, very obliging and friendly. The food was marvelous with a wide choice of everything, from mussels to roasts. We were happy with the breakfast also, juices, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, follwed by a full fry up with toast and brown bread. Perfect. The room was a nice size, but slightly smelly - a slight musty smell. After a day of powdering and perfuming ourselves (2 female friends), we could no longer smell it - problem sorted! |

It is a lovely comfortable guest house in the very centre of town -- it has a nice bar and restaurant -- pleasant staff -- quiet enough for rest at night |

Very, very helpful landlord and staff. Food (except breakfast) was very disappointing and over-priced. Difficult to park. Quite noisy evenings, but then it is a pub! |

The welcome and friendliness of all staff, and it was a very efficiently run establishment. I would definately stay there again when visiting Kenmare. I, personally, would love the `cuppa` in my room! |

Nice big rooms, good bed with nice linen. Great location, quiet for the middle of town. Lovely breakfast! The bathroom needs to be updated, and wasn't clean. There was a lamp on the table but no power point to plug it into. |

The rooms were above a gastropub that had live music the evening we were there. The food and music was wonderful, then the room was quiet and large and comfortable. Parking was available behind the hotel, although we found street parking right in front. |

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had requested a parking space for my classic car in advance and this was provided. The room was large, very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The bar area was full of atlmosphere and was a great place to spend the evening. The food was very good.We satayed in a number of places on our tour of Ireland and this was the best value and most pleasant stay. Please just put a small sachet of shampoo in the bathroom!!! |

Staff were helpful. The room was fine and the location was good as it was in the middle of a busy downtown area. |

Location was perfect. The room was suprisingly large and very comfortable. The light in teh room was quite poor. As there is no natyral light coming into teh room extra bright lighting is required |

Great location. Pleasant staff. Decent rooms Too much noise from service units on roof. Advertised as having WiFi but not available on top floor. Would prefer duvets to blankets No hot water in shower after 9.30 in morning. Breakfast finishing at 9.30 is too early. They obviously take no notice of other guests comments ! |

Brilliant location in Kenmare, The owner, Jerra, was exceptionally helpful and friendly to the point of obtaining fresh flowers and champagne to our room on my partners birthday. The rooms are totally refurbished and spotless. The breakfast was very tasty! A bit cold in the rooms but hey, it is Eire. |

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel has recently been renovated, so everything was lovely. There was a misunderstanding about our booking and the hotel was actually closed, but they gave us a room and everyone was very pleasant about it, even though we were not expected and were the only guests there. It is well located, and the pub/restaurant downstairs is nice. Breakfast was good. The room was cold late at night and the blankets were uncomfortable. |
