The hotel itself was quite nice and the small courtyard outside of the hotel entrance was great for sitting and having a drink or coffee. The money that you will spend at this hotel is not worth it. We stayed here on our last night in Ireland and decided to share a suite among 4 adults to save a little money. We were shocked at the upcharge to do so and even more disappointed with the fact that we didn't have air conditioning and were kept awake all night by people in the courtyard partying until the sun came up. We were credited 80 Euros when we called to complain, but the reality is that was not enough to cover the disappointment we felt during our stay. |

Convenience to downtown Ennis and Shannon Airport as we were dropping off our daughter and son in law on following day. Friedly staff and most accommodating. Parking was difficult to obtain on Saturday, April 18th upon arrival. We double parked in the off street lot and was able to move the car into a parking space later in the evening. But then again, Saturday evening is busy so it all worked out eventually |

The mini suite room was luxurious, spacious and clean. The bar food was excellent and the waitress was very helpful and understanding of children's requirements. Rooms a little too hot! |

The Hotel, still holds its old worldly charm at the same time modern comforts Its location is right in the heart of town , which is small and very irish. with its little lanes and alley way, a surprise around ever corner ... then a quick drive will bring you into the country side or the coast .. The Beds in the De-lux rooms are a must .. Free Broad band ,, Nothing to complain about really, unless you are a light sleeper .. Some of the doors are inclined to slam .. This may be the bedroom room , or fire door ..?? i am sure they will rectify the matter, as soon as i inform them . |

Nice hotel within easy reach of good sights like the Cliffs of Moher, Lehinch and The Burren as well as local shops/pubs/resturaunts. Also easy to explore Galway and even get the ferry accross the Shannon to North Kerry. Overall, a good, clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. Didn't sample the food at all really. |

The comfort, the old world atmosphere, pleasant staff all contributed to a good experience. It was too warm in the bedroom and the heating didnt respond to the thermostat switches |
