The relaxed atmosphere, the excellent food in The Town Hall restaurant. The fact that it is in the centre of Ennis Town, no need to use the car. The room was very comfortable and very well serviced. It was a little expensive, but then again it was the Bank Holiday weekend |

I found it relaxing, there was no hustle and bustle, everyrthing was calm, but professional Being a vegetarian i thought there could have been more of a selection in the restaurant, although there were 2 dinner options i didnt like the ingredients for one of them, which left me with little choice really- but it was good. |

old charm with all modern conveniences. individual and not like the chains of hotels that are all the same...excellent service, friendly staff, good food. Overall a very pleasant experience. Decor in rooms was impeccable but in keeping with the age of the hotel Couldn't fault it |

I felt right at home. However, the coffee maker in the room didn't work. Not enough towels in the room. Water faucet leaks. Light in bathroom flickers. I loved the public spaces, dining and lounge. |

Is a comfortable hotel very well situated in the centre of the village of Ennis so you can walk along its streets and is not necesary to use the car( you can park it at the hotel parking). Is near Cliffs of Moher and Bunratty castle two recomended places to visit. |

This is my new home base whenI fly into Shannon. Everything is perfect. Beautiful rooms, service beyond, location could not have been better. Bar and food service perfect. Love, love, love this hotel! The marble bathroom floor had a heater! Luxury all the way/ |

This was a clean, comfortable, excellent hotel. It was located right downtown where all the shops/restaurants/etc are located and it had a great pub/restaurant attached. This place was clean and comfortable. |

This hotel wouldn be romantic, as its very busy and bustly. But rooms were lovely, very well designed, and exceptionally clean. Very bad parking. |

Asked for a room, was pleasantly surprised to be given a suite. I could become accustomed to that level of luxury. Just as an aside, my father was a friend of the "old" Mr O Regan from Sixmilebridge. I met him as a child.. Will definately return. |
