Friendly staff. Peaceful surrounds. White linen on the bed. Cleanliness. Excellent food.
I like the bed it so comfy
Its a bit noisy downstairs and you can hear it. Other than that everything is fine.
The attention to detail was superb. Decor, cleanliness..staff recalling & using my name, overall presentation of everything from the neat little corner folds on towel & toilet rolls, to the garnish on a sandwich. Room service was so rapid it was almost surreal.
Tea was too weak & fragrant & coffee should have been served with cream. Xmas muzac during breakfast rattled me, whilst limited TV channels seemed bizarre in this century.
Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room
Tasteful interior design, quiet, comfortable bed, everything really.
Food was outstanding, rooms very comfortable. Very helpful staff. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. I recommend you have your breakfast here it's worth every penny. And the restaurant food was very good.
Loved the effort that went into planning this Hotel. It definitely doesn't disappoint. Fabulous room, bathroom, bed- I doubt you could find better accommodation in Limerick!
Nothing- all was absolutely perfect.
The vibe of the hotel and beautiful surroundings. It had lovely food options and the city was convenient as a home base for getting around western Ireland .
The tap water in the room was not what we were used to.
Everything starting with helpful staff at checkin to quality of room and dinner was exceptional. Had a very memorable stay!
Parking situation was a little troublesome---off prem in a small but secured lot. Had a large Range Rover which was a little dicey given very small parking area with limited turnaround space.
Kathleen looked after us so well at breakfast as did Liam for our evening meal. Not forgetting the rest of the staff who were also so helpful and friendly. The hotels decor was beautiful. The rooms were clean and spacious with a bed you never want to get out of, also a large shower with lots of hot water at all times. Our room overlooked the road but the traffic was minimal and never bothered us.
From the moment we walked through the door we were made feel so welcome The staff were very professional while also being friendly. The food in resturant both at breakfast and dinner was beautiful
There was nothing I didnt like about No 1 Pery Square
Warm welcome, lovely rooms, great service and ideal location
Big bathroom and excellent room space. Staff parked car in their private garage each night Reception staff a joy to deal with and will do anything for you
lots of corridors as several townhouses joined together
Friendly staff, beautiful historic building, great breakfast
Lack of gym facilities
Staff was incredible - they upgraded our room since we were on our honeymoon. Gorgeous top floor room (had to take stairs all the way, but we didn't mind). Clean, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom. Couldn't ask for more and central to the park and rest of the city.
The staff were amazing and very friendly and went out of their way to help us. We had dinner in their restaurant on the night we stayed there and it was delicious and very good value for money. In all, we loved every minute of our stay.
Ten out of ten! Nothing to not like!
Food Service Extremely comfortable beds Location
The location, the restaurant, the rooms and the staff.
The size of the bed.
Great staff and food
Staff were fabulous, room luxurious, well priced
had no food service on our night there and it was abit hard to find
I loved everything about this hotel. It felt like we were special guests in someone's beautiful home rather than a hotel. The welcome was lovely & the room was just beautiful. Would love to visit again soon.
Ab occasional problem with the plumbing...
Staff were excellent, made to feel so welcome from the time we arrived. Afternoon tea really good. Best nights sleep ever in a hotel and I have stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels. Would recommend to friends and would be back.
Food was not the best except for the afternoon tea. Breakfast was ok, had dinner in hotel and was disappointed with the service. Although the staff were really lovely, I felt they were under pressure and the food was not up to a great standard. Waiting 30 minutes for drinks and starters, no bread offered, starters were so over cooked am surprised chef served them. Maybe it was just the night that was in it. Main course veg was actually raw, but lovely beef served. Will still come back though.
