Our room was nice as it was a suite but our friends who we were travelling with were disappointed with their rooms. All bathrooms were lacking in extras such as shampoo. . There were no extras, the towels were not hotel quality and were very small. I fail to see how this hotel is rated as 4 star. I thought the breakfast was badly organised. We had to request cereals and juice and the toast when it arrived was cold. Also, the bar area was dreary and uninviting. The only food available in the evening was bar food. We went into Galway for a meal. |

My wife and I stayed for 3 days and ate our evening meals in the different restaurants in the hotel. We were extremely pleased that the standard was so good. The food tasted fresh and well cooked. |

The hotel is in a lovely, quiet area. Nice relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Leisure centre was lovely to use ... pool a bit overcrowded with kids, but steam room and jaccusi were lovely. Short walk to Oranmore village for a bite to eat or drink in the evening. Food in the hotel was v good, and staff were pleasant. The restaurant was a little squashed and got very stuffy. Less tables squashed together would help. |

Das war kein Vier-Sterne-Hotel, maximal zwischen zwei und drei Sterne. Keine Möglichkeit der Belüftung im Zimmer (nur ganz kleines Fenster mit minimalen Öffnungsspalt. Sehr unfreundliches an der Rezeption. Bedienungspersonal im Restaurant sehr freundlich. Alle anderen über Sie in Irland gebuchten Hotels waren sehr gut, dieses jedoch bei den hoheen Preisen sicherlich nicht. |
