This hotel has the most beautiful swimming pool and the best spa I've ever experienced. All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful, and my whole weekend was really relaxing. I found the pillows a little hard, but that was rectified. |

Everything about this hotel was easy. The rooms were lovely, the staff were friendly and willing to oblige and print out documents that I required. It was very easy for me to work here, and combine going to the gym with appointment. A perfect business or leisure / spa destination. |

Staff friendly, room clean the noise from the pub, band playing til late and I had to be up at 7am, also I went downstairs for breakfast at 8 am which should have been the start, I wanted tea and toast but nobody around to order from, I went again at 8.15 and I would have to wait for it, I had to be leaving the hotel at 8.30 latest so I had to skip breakfast which was awful because I was in college and didn't get anything to eat until 6pm and then over 3 hours to drive home! |

i stay at this hotel quite frequently but was disappointed on my last visit. The cups provided in the room for coffee were dirty and the UHT milk curdled. Also the meal provided to me in the bar was inedible. I have eaten in the bar on many occasions and have been wholly satisfied with it. I understand that is a one off occasion and will continue to stay in the hotel. |

Super staff, spacious rooms, quality fittings, very tasteful interior design, peace and quiet. You have a restaurant with excellent food BUT it is not sufficiently divided from the bar AND has TV screens! It deserves better. Breakfast layout arrangements a bit cramped. |

it was very convenient for us as it was ten minutes to my daughters. I would stay there again. facilities were excellent with fittness room pool and spa. They did not apear to have a dinning room. Bar food was available. We took room service which was the same as bar food. The food itself was good, and not overpriced. Breakfast was served in the Bar. |

I found the Staff incredibly helpful, courteous and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they did verything in their power to make our stay enjoyable. I would certainly recommend the Oriel Houe Hotel, in fact i would say that probably the Staff were the best of any hotel I've stayed in. |

We were attending a family wedding and the staff were excellent, very attentive. Very large bedrooms and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was served in the bar with three large TV screens, which were on at 9am!. Self service breakfast, which despite best efforts to keep warm, is always cold. This I found to be very disapointing as the rest of the hotel was excellent - pity |

It is one of the besy hotels I have ever stayed at, from the moment I arrived it was a very pleasent experience, the staff are really friendly and helpful, and the attention to detail is second to none, in particular I was very impressed with the "bed turn down service & cookies" which are brought to your room. |

The hotel is in a lovely setting. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Food was good and genarally a good experience. The toilet in our room did not work. The staff kindly moved us to another room without hesitation. However the Television in the second room did not work. Did not mention it as we didn't want to sound like grumpy old men. |

Stayed here for a wedding weekend recently. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms spacious, confortable bed. Cookies were a nice touch. Checkout was 12pm but were not rushed out of room by staff. |
