Bed and room were very comfortable. Great location and lovely host. Peter couldn't be nicer and was very helpful.
Slight complaint regarding creaky floorboards from room above but I think the people there were rather heavy footed and banged about a lot Otherwise everything else was perfect
Comfortable bed Heating Breakfast
Owner was friendly - room was good size
Run by very helpful and friendly people. Attention to detail in rooms and for meals.
Great breakfast, nice area, short walk to train and dinner spots. Helpful with calling a cab. Our tv worked just fine and so did wifi.
Could hear people above us, floors very creaky. Not close to town, if walking, but nice residential area.
Courteous host greeted us and the room was pleasant and comfortable. Lovely conservatory location for breakfast.
The address given was not detailed enough since there are two Bryanstowns. Took a long and frustrating time to find.
The location was great. The rooms were very nicely decorated and a decent size. Everything was clear and well set up. Breakfast was outstanding!
The floorboards upstairs were extremely creaky which was very noisy. Parking was a little bit difficult. Other than that there was really nothing else negative.
Our host, Peter, was great. He looked after us really well.
Not sure if all beds are the same but for me the bed was a bit short and narrow. Otherwise really great.
Friendly and helpful. Lovely place to stay.
Cleanliness was excellent. Peter was very attentive. Breakfast was well done in a lovely garden room.
It was not walking distance to city. Car park was a squeeze.
Very friendly service, excellent breakfast and the room was beautifully decorated.
If you want to walk to town centre, it is too far away.
Very nice stay. Would recommend if looking for a base near drogheda.
Bit pricey for one night stay
The owner was very friendly and helpful. He made excellent restaurant recommendations and was able to provide directions which were easy to follow. The B&B was very clean, the fresh fruit and bottled water upon our arrival was greatly appreciated.
On our second evening we found our fresh towels made into a nearly full sized swan with three red roses entwined in them. It was a lovely surprise. The guest rooms are very clean. We liked the Irish music at breakfast and the lovely flowers in the yard. Two good restaurants are within walking distance.
We never could get the TV or internet to work, even after we asked for help. The yoghurt was not refrigerated. We missed a hot cereal option like oatmeal. The hot breakfast was ordinary.
Good location for our touring trip; quiet but within easy reach of the town. Very friendly welcome, and attention to detail. Fabulous breakfast................................................................. I'm using all these dots because the good far outweighed the "bad"
Shower room a little awkward for those of us with bionic knees. Couldn't stay in Drogheda longer to see more! Couldn't access the garden to find out the species of the wonderful roses outside our breakfast table window!! Did I say how good the breakfast was?
The whole place was run well and everything functioned well. The food was very good too.
lovely breakfast very friendly owner good tips for things to do in the area
The owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good as well.
We were in a room by the front door and late night arrivals woke us up. The house is located in a resedential area which was off putting.
Delighted with breakfast choices-more than other b&b's we encountered in Ireland. Proprietor very helpful, with great sense of humor.
Wifi a little inconsistent. Sound carried at night.
Owner provided lots of information for us for our visit, places to eat, transport etc. Good location for a visit to New Grange.
friendly,comfortable. excellent breakfast
A little expensive but of course price was known
We stayed there before, just perfect, so why risk going anywhere else! Very friendly, they could not do any more to make us feel more welcome. Highly recommended.
We had a good welcome by the owner, Peter. He was very nice and helpfull. The breakfast was fantastic, fed for the day! I recommend the porridge and the irish breakfast! The place is very cute and clean, good localisation in Drogheda, near to the sea and archeologic sites. And if you need something, you just have to ask to Peter.
Clean, friendly, good breakfast.
Peter was very welcoming and informative. Also appreciated very much the welcome text sent to my phone the morning of our arrival
