Beautiful place nice people perfect breakfasts we wish we could go back!

We stayed at Orley house for one night as we have friends that live in Drogheda and we go to see them every year, this was by far the best place we’ve stayed and we’ll certainly be returning. It’s about a 5 walk from the train station and you can easily walk into the town centre too (about 10 / 15mins) There was a nice warm welcome from Peter upon arrival, the room was very very clean as to the bathroom; they met my pre-request of 2 extra pillows. The free WiFi worked perfect. The breakfast was beautiful, a selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurts along with numerous selections of hot / fry-ups. This will now be the place we choose to go back too every time we’re in Drogheda

We were treated very well on arrival. Brenda is such a charming host we had a great chat and was given lot of information on what to see and do in the area and information on restaurants/ pubs and only a short drive from airport. Walk to restaurants and Drogheda town. Our room which was a spacious ground floor room perfect, so clean and modern in design.The bed was so comfortable had a great night sleep. We had free WIFI from our room. Muffin and coffee went down a treat on arrival. Plenty of hot water and towels and toiletries. Great breakfast menu , and breakfast was a delight to have in a sun filled conservatory room with gentle Irish music in the background. My other friends were also staying and we will retunn again very soon it was a pleasure to stay and to be so well looked after. Superp Stay had by all.

Very friendly staff, excellent choice for breakfast. We informed the owners that we would be late arriving due to a family funeral and they were very accomadating. The rooms were very comfortable and had excellent facilities. Highly recommended to family and friends.

Mary, Peter and Brenda made us most welcome and treated us very well, thinking of all that they could do for us. We were most comfortable and very happy. We booked our friends into the Orley House as we had stayed twice previously and thought it excellent. All up there were 7 of us staying and w had a wonderful time. Thanks to mine hosts!

Veryfriendly hosts, lovely breakfast room and choice of menu was good. The supply of a bathrobe and body lotions and creams was an excellent idea. - we hd a great night's rest

The location of the television in the room was extremely awkward

orley house was a lovely b/b situated in a lovely spot easy to find not far from town walking distance. The owners were very good hosts nothing was to much trouble.food was lovely with a good choice to offer. A very nice stay would recommend.

My daughter and I loved Orley house. The room was very comfortable and attractive, our host was very helpful we would heartily recommend it.

Orley House was a perfect home base for our tour of the Boyne Valley. Peter was a wealth of information. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. We would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

Stay in Orley House was very pleasant in all respects!

Orley House was a very nice place to stay and my family and I were made to feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was the wonderful breakfast in the lovely sun room. The beds were also very comfortable and the rooms had everything we needed.

The shower was a little difficult to operate but was probably due to the fact that we weren't used to the system they had in place.

Limpieza , confort y habitaciones grandes. Camas comodas. Champu, gel, albornoz etc...

Très bon accueil. Chambres cossues et bien équipées. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel constitué de pâtisseries maison faites au moment. Situé dans un endroit calme et très facile d'accès par la route. Bon restaurant à proximité. Un excellent B&B, à éviter toutefois en plein hivers, si le propriétaire fait des économies d’énergie.

La chaleur de l'accueil n'a pas compensé la fraîcheur de la chambre au cours de la nuit. Le chauffage a été allumé à notre arrivée, puis éteint durant la nuit. Le petit déjeuner pris dans la véranda (non isolée) était aussi copieux et délicieux que la température de la pièce était fraîche. La vue de la neige tombant dehors nous a incité à enfiler un pull de plus.

Les chambres sont spacieuses propres et bien équipées Les petits déjeuners sont excellents et tres variés

Accueil chaleureux,cadre agéable,calme,super petit déjeumer et proximité de l'aéroport...we'll be back!!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, including cleanliness and size of the room, warm staff, and outstanding breakfast. We have never stayed such a great B&B. We really would like to spend time at the Orley House again.
