The front desk staff is very pleasant and really watchout for their guests. For example, shortly after we requested a 9 p.m. wake-up call so we could nap and go out later, our (grown) daughter telephoned and the front desk lady told her we were napping and to call back at 9!!! The breakfasts were also excellent with kind servers each morning. This was my husband's second stay here (first 5 yrs ago with daughter) and my first but not last-hopefully. It is a short walk to many great pubs also. |

the number of children up late at night unsupervised and making a lot of noise up until 3am was not good. we got very little sleep on saturday night 16th. |

pleasant staff, comfortable clean room, warm welcome. Excellent weather!! Convenient location for touring Donegal and finding many hidden beauty spots! Food in bar was poor so any recommendation would carry this warning! |

It was so relaxing and very peaceful disapointed there was no lift , I am waiting for a knee replacment an found the stairs hard to manage, Ididnt get down for breakfast as I am worse with the pain in the morning and coulden go down inthe mornings. |

the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. the rooms very clean and warm. Food was excellent !! I would highly recommend a stay at the Ostan na Rosann Hotel!! |

The dining room and bar areas have a nice view over the bay. Bedroom door/lock badly fitted. Reading lamp had no bulb - replaced on request. Staff were offhand. Bathroom small - inadequate space for toiletries. Hairs found on towel and in bath. Passageway floor to bedroom suites is uneven and has an airless musty smell. Breakfast toast was burnt - had to be replaced. Heating radiators were noisy. |

Peaceful and quiet,and the food was excellent. Yes in all the Hotels eggs are always fried soft. I like mine to be hard. Is there anything we can do about it. |

Pas possible de regler l'eau de la douche, le bouton etait casse. J'ai du demmander la clef d'une autre chambre pour faire un echange. Souvent personne a la reception ! |

Chambres correctes, sans plus. Bar bien fourni, diner excellent et bon rapport qualité/prix. Personnel attentif. Le centre de détente, assez désuet, ne répond pas du tout aux attentes. |

La vue est somptueuse et le parking facile. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le bruit (c'est ce qui me fait mettre une note moyenne au confort et au rapport qualité prix. Leur système d'ouverture/fermeture des portes de chambre est catastrophique ce qui fait que les gens cognent les portes en permanence. Les chambres donnant sur un couloir, les coups résonnent donc à chaque entrée ou sortie. C'est vraiment dommage car le reste est tout à fait correct. |
