Location and Wi-Fi quality.
We had to be transfered to a nearby hotel due to a water leak in this hotel (as we were -not convincingly- informed). Really high price because of Six Nations Rugby Tournament during this weekend, so unfair!!!
Location near to town towels everyday
Bathroom too small near toilet if large you wouldn't fit in there noisy as windows didn't fit right could hear noise all night only had a heater radiators didn't work
Location-central,Room-ok and breakfast was ok too.I think we got our money's worth.
Location was great. Easy walking distance to everything and the airport link bus stop just outside
Noisy rooms (we were in the back annex of the building). Didn't spend any time other than to sleep there, but didn't get a good nights sleep either night
Location was a close walk to everything
Dated decor and the radiators didn't work in the room. But for the price was alright I guess
First the rooms were cold.
staff very helpfull in reception foreign guy got us heater for room when we said radiator not working got it straight away for us
room too front too much noise from traffic on street number 11 very few channels in tv i like watching tv
Location is perfect. ...747 bus stop just outside...close to bus eiran and city centre
Staff were friendly, but they constantly knock your door if you dont answer. Hotel should have do not disturb signs. Very rude to just enter someone's hotel room like that.
Staff were really nice and location was great!
Windows: When the window was closed it actually had quite a big gap so we could feel the draft coming in... TV: Tv was working really poorly, couldn't even see clear faces on the screen. Sgower: The drain was blocked so you were standing in a big pool of water. Bed: When on the bed, you could feel the springs when moving around.
Location was fine, and wi-fi
Staff was rude, not helpfull, never smile to you. There was one guy ok, but other 2...
The staff is nice, the location is really strategic and easy access to the city and to airport.
Maybe the breakfast should include in hotel rate for free. This will be awesome.
The location was good, very central. Helpful staff.
Little bit outdated hotel. With a smokey smell.
Location and service of staff
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was central to the heart of Dublin. They really need to pick up their game with regards to cleanliness though.
My room was left unlocked on three occasions by the "cleaning crew" and I use that term usely. While the towels were changed daily and the bins emptied this was about the extent of the cleaning. My bed was changed twice over a two week period, the room wasn't vacuumed once. They have a menu to order from, but on enquiring further they advised they no longer serve food.
The room was clean
Some of the outside areas need more lighting and cleaning up
Location, staff were nice, room nice and big, bathroom very large, all good for a nice hotel room.
TV needed repairing or just replacing as it was hard to see a picture. Light globes needed replacing. Couldn't book in until after 2:00pm but staff were nice and friendly and everything was good.
The location was really good close enough to the hustle and bustle of Temple Bar. There were plenty of places to eat and was away from the noise of he city centre. The bar at the hotel was very nice and opened late and provided lovely pizzas.
Location was convenient and in walking distance of main streer
Room had waft of a moms and clothes I wore ended up that way too
All staff was very friendly
The room was small, but for the price it was good
Cheap hotel and the local bus (904) only takes 8 minutes to get to Birmingham.
Potentially noisy, but we were lucky to be in a quiet corner of the hotel, place is a bit tired and bed was a bit worn out, but for the money you really can't complain.
Toilet was not flusning properly
It is realky well located. You can go almost everywhere by walk.
Excellent location and quality-price relation.
