stosunkowo przestronny pokój, wygodne łożko, dobre wytłumienie hałasu z zewnątrz, możliwość płatności kartą, dobra obsługa, kawa, herbata i ekspres w pokoju! śniadanie - szkoda, że nawet za dopłatą nie można otrzymać innego śniadania (europejskiego). Angielskie śniadanie niestety było kompletnie niezjadliwe! |

Obsługa... ludzie uśmiechnięci, pomimo częstych zmian decyzji, zawsze służyli pomocą... Nie stwarzają problemów przy zmianie pokoju, rezerwacjach i chętnie służa informacją... Pierwszy pokoj jednoosobowy... nie wyglądał i nie pachnął dobrze... jednak po prosbie o zmiene pokoju... dostałam naprawde pokój w dobrym standardzie. |

The staff were very helpful, they changed my room to a quieter one and let me leave my rucksack there after I had checked out so that I could do some shopping before I returned to go home. Being in a major city, it was very noisy but there isn't much you can do about that. |

Nothing, it was dirty, unkept and overpriced. On my return to Dublin this week I will stay at a 4 star hotel for the same price The place was terrible. I would suggest taking it off your website. |

The staff was very helpful and friendly especially with regards for the need to stow my baggage both before check-in, and after check-out but before my transportation out of town was available. It was very convenient to the bus station. The shower was very small |

Wonderfully friendly staff and great breakfast. Hotel fine if you are looking for budget break for sleeping - after a visit to the guiness or whisky factory you don't hear the traffic anyway! the stairways and corridors were pretty ropey and worn out - I was concerned about fire risk as our room doors were open to the stairwell. |

Perfect location, value and comfort. Friendy, helpful staff. No noise from the streets outside! I did not notice any disabled access. |

V Central. Staff were lovely. Value was excellent. I slept v well. The television stations could be made clearer for those who are staying in on an evening and want to watch. |

The beakfast service was good, food fresh and hot and service quick. Location was poor, having to walk through cheap shopping area to get to hotel did not give a good first impression. room very small and bed not a full double. general apperance and maintenance of hotel poor. |

Very convenient with good, basic services. Staff were helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Not many services provided, but as I was out sightseeing the whole day, I did not need additional services. The room is very smalI and no drinking water was provided. Internet access was not convenient -- only one computer in the lobby, and we had to pay by the minute. |

The Maple is cheap and cheerful hotel. The staff were friendly and the breakfast adequate. However the ensuite did need some work as the floor felt very spongy possibly from a leak. The room was spacecious and quiet being on the back, the only irritation was the light shining through the fan light iver the door all night, minor but annoying |

24 hour somebody at desk to come in, first room was bad, shower broken. We got a new one that was good and more modern. The second room was good value for money. |

as our travelling party were in dublin for the all ireland football final we found this hotel to be ideal for people going to matches in croke park and also its central location was a huge bonus found bathrooms a bit small but other then that everything was perfect |

There was no basin plug - rectified after 2 days. The toilet did not flush properly - rectified after 2 days. Shower head had no mounting - rectified after 4 days. Constant noise from car park air conditioner across street, and drunks outside in the street. |
