The size of bedroom and bathroom was very comfortable, and so were the beds. The breakfast and the staff in the breakfast room were excellent. Two of the three rooms we got the first night were terrifying noisy. In one of the rooms the doorhandle fell off at the inside, and this created a bad feeling. But the guardian fixed the doorhandle at first demand, and the reception staff managed to give us two excellent rooms for the next three nights. |

very central, short walking distance to all major attractions of the city, room was very clean and staff very helpfull. It gets too noisy at night, as theres a lot of pubs and bars in the surrounding of the hotel. I had problems to sleep due to it. In addition the breakfast is kinda poor, and the quality of the food isnt very good. |

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and was in a fantastic position for the Temple Bar Area, The Auld Dubliner Pub was the best pub I have ever been in. I must also reccommend the Dublin Bus Tour (Green Bus), it was the funniest tour I have ever been on and I cried with laughter most of the way round, in fact we went around twice..the bus stop is a 2 min walk from the hotel. The hotel staff were not overly friendly, they were polite but very stiff and not what I was hoping for in my first visit to Ireland. They also take a credit card holding amount of your bill plus 100 euros, this was most annoying as I offered to pay cash straight away which they would not except also I had to send 2 angry emails after I had paid my bill and left the hotel asking for them to... |

Great location for the night-life of Dublin. The Irish breakfast was good. Our view from the room was less than desirable. |

The situation is fantastic, close to everything. Wide selection of breakfast. Rooms big and comfortable. Big bed. Heating difficult to manage; either too cold or too hot. Hotel is old, walls thin, so you hear every noise, like when your neighbour takes a shower or uses the toilet. Lightning of room poor. Parking far from hotel. |

Location if you want to be in Temple Bar area This hotels website is not quite what you get - be careful. The hotel has a long way to go before it is deluxe....our bathroom was really poor - tiles hanging off, grouting missing, handles hanging off....you feel like you are in a hostel. The view was several generators with lots of humming 24/7, not being asked why we were leaving a day early...they dont care. Breakfast was bad. |

friendliness of staff, location, modern look, breakfast was till 10:30, room decor, lcd tv, room size for a city was sufficient, bathroom was a nice size, room was very hot even though the heating was off, the bed was a good size but the duvet just about covered it, the bed was 2 singles pushed together and you could feel the join but each bed was comfortable! I think there should be a fridge as people may want to put water etc in there. Although the noise didn't bother us, I can see why guests would complain about this. not enough toiletries. |

The service at the desk and the breakfast place The menu for breakfast is too one-sided for people that stay a whole week and also are not allowed sugar. Furthermore the room was too small for a king-size bed. |
