I like the staff at the desk. They are very friendly and helpful. One the I have to say is the room was way to hot.. We try to turn off the heater. And woke up in the nite very hot. But other then that is was a very nice hotel.

The modern look of the hotel, the location while right in the heart of the old part of the city was fairly quiet in the evenings. The room was a little small for two adults. There were a few items that needed attention in terms of repair. 4 clothes hangers is pretty poor for a double room.

I only stayed for one night and the locaton was perfect because it was not too noisy but at the same time very close to the pubs/restaurants and all the entertainment you wish. Also it is very close to the main shopping area in Dublin too. This is only a matter of taste. I didn't like much the decor of the restaurant but surely this is not going to stop me from going back. Apart from this I liked everything else.

Friendly staff, free wifi, 5 minute walk to temple bar. 10 minute walk to grafton st. I knew there was a club under the hotel, but the noise was unbelievable. Took me hours to get to sleep. It felt like I was sleeping in the middle of the dance floor. To be fair to the hotel staff, they did say they would move me higher up, if the noise was bad the next night, but on the second night it was ok.

The location is excellent, 5 minutes from the shops on either side of the river, and right amongst Temple Bar. The staff are very friendly, and are eager to help. The room wasn't the cleanest. The safe didn't work, and didn't get sorted durning our 3 night stay.

I liked the central location, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the service of the staff to give guidance, directions, and advice. I did not know how to work the coffee pot, so I thought it was broken. The staff told me it was ok, but still, I did not get directions on how to work the pot. For two days I wanted tea in my room, but could not figure out how to get the pot to heat.

The location was great for the bars and nightlife. The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing was to much for them. Nice looking hotel with everything you need Room was very dusty, very noisy at nights with bin lorries emptying bottle bins. You also get the odd drunk idiot thinking he can sing. That said tho it's all to do with location

The Paramount Hotel has a prime location for anyone wanting to stay close to Temple Bar. We booked a double room for valentines day, which was clean & comfortable. The staff were very friendly as we checked in & were extremely helpful throughout our stay. We would certainly stay at the Paramount Hotel again. Don't listen to any bad reviews...This is a 3 star hotel that offers good value for money. Any bad reviews have probably been wrote by snobs that were expecting the Ritz. We should have stayed longer! Brill few days break!

The hotel had a very friendly/cosy ambiance very comfortable and clean and perfectly located for our trip - within easy reach of Temple Bar but not at all noisy. We liked the fact that the Hotel has a pub attached - the very ornate 'Gaudi-esque' Turks Head where we had a pleasant drink on the first night. For the price we paid for 2 nights we would certainly use the hotel on future visits.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel the staff could not have been more helpful. It was very clean and has the comfiest beds I've slept in at a hotel. I would definately reccomend this hotel to any of my friends and family. It is in an ideal location, close enough to Temple bar for the night life but not too close to stop you getting a good nights sleep.

The location was ideal as we were there for the six nations rugby match, and wanted to be near the centre of town. The rooms were ideal for what we wanted and did not want to spend a larger budget on some of the higher star hotels. It was close to Temple bar which is what we wanted for this weekend, and the cost of this hotel was great in comparison to some of the others. The staff were very friendly and check in was very smooth. We arrived at around 10.30am and 2 out of 3 of our rooms were ready, which we did not expect, but were very pleased about, after a very early start. The noise at night was absolutely awful, you could actually hear the music vibrating as you were trying to get to sleep. The outstide area was extremely noisy at night, with drunken kids screaming until the early hours. This factor would probably put us off staying here in future. The outside area, around the hotel was in need of restoration and was very shabby, so the view from our window was not very pleasant.

The manager of the hotel was very helpful at check-in and kindly upgraded our room to a family room because the room that we had requested was not available. Excellent location - near to pubs, shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and polite and went the extra mile for us ensuring that we enjoyed our 4-day stay.
